Only an hour away by boat from Maputo this simple beach house with spectacular sea views is nestled in nature. Next to the Elephant Reserve, dolphins, flamingos, monkeys and red duikers are common visitors. Enjoy quiet pristine beach and snorkel in the amazing natural reserve. 5min walk uphill from beach to cabin. And please don't have high expectations because of the amazing reviews :) It's just a simple wood cabin.

We spent 3 lovely nights at Cabo Villas. We were warmly welcomed by Michelle and the staff who were absolut stars throuout our stay. The house is nested in the dune forest. beautifully camouflaged and the beach and surroundings are simply beautiful and the perfect peaceful setting to disconnect. We were lucky to come across a fisherman who was going spearfish and we got the most fresh and delicious fish and prawns for dinner. We hope to be back soon.

Thanks, Hetta for being such a wonderful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will be back in the future. Hetta place is a lodge with camping facilities, we did camp and we had a wonderful time. The staff are a gem, always willing to help and the camping facilities are superb. Bemugis has a Sundeck on the beach to watch the sunset and it is amazing. We had a wonderful time

we had a wonderful weekend at Calor Tropical. Simao and his team are friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent, both at the lodge and the restaurant. the chalets are walking distance from the restaurant, through the village, and up a short hill. Their location is good, as although in the village, they are on a hill with good breez and lots of space. The rooms are spotless clean, white linens, clean towels, safe. Tea/coffee, water. the tap water is drinkable! The dinners at the restaurant are excellent. We tried all 3 restaurants, and Tropical was the best. Simao organized a car to take us to the ocean side. Lots of advice, knowledge, and great host!!!

This was my second stay at this wonderful place, and I loved it just as much as the first time! The space is cozy, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. The host is incredibly accommodating and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I already know I’ll be coming back again—it feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!
