Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. 30 m² studio in our house, redone in 2022. For 3 or 4 people. 1 bed 140 x 190 + 1 sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, an equipped kitchen. Linens and towels are provided. Free parking. Folding stroller, baby bed and high chair on loan on request. 5 minutes' drive to the center of Baud and the 4-lane highway. 10 minutes' drive to Clos du Grand Val. You have part of the terrace with a table for outdoor dining and access to the garden.
