Authentic Attractive House/Duplex 3 BR &1 Bath MSU

Alyssa’s house far exceeded our expectations! We had a Thanksgiving celebration there with our 5 grown kids, two in-laws, and 2 young grandkids. Nine of us stayed in the house, and it very comfortably accommodated us all. If you need a place to cook and actually spend time, I would not hesitate to suggest Alyssa’s place! Her kitchen is well stocked with everything you probably need as far as utensils, cookware, serving options, and basic spices, oils, etc. Alyssa is generous with towels, extra blankets, Kleenex, etc. She responded very quickly to the few questions we had. It snowed overnight while we were there, and Alyssa immediately was out shoveling and salting. When we arrived on the first evening, the fireplace was lit and a beautiful goody basket was welcomed us. Thank you, Alyssa! We hope to return at some point!

Shawn was a gracious host. He was right on top of any thing we needed. It was quite icy the weekend we were there and he made sure the driveway, walkway and steps were salted. The home was cozy and warm. I will defiantly recommend him as a host. Thank you, Jan L.

Wonderful stay here for my 6 year anniversary with my girlfriend. Loved the bath and bathroom in general the tv was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable, slept amazing. Beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning off the lake. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for a great airbnb stay!

Had to find a spot with pretty short notice due to an issue with another booking agency. We were up for a family reunion and had three families staying here and it housed us perfect. We truly didn’t spend much time here but it served very well for what we needed.

Stayed here for a girl's weekend getaway, and it was perfect for the two of us. Awesome lights and shower, comfy couch, great location for local restaurants and shops. The owner was great at communicating and didn't ask for much cleaning at check out. We would stay there again!

We stayed at Julie's place in Haslett for about 2 months due to water damage in our home. We felt right at home! We are a family of four with two little ones and a small dog and we had everything we needed. Julie communicated with us daily and we loved the location. We are so grateful for Julie & her family.

1 bedroom option upstairs apartment!

The host was thoughful and stocked the fridge and pantry with applies, snacks, evey some milk. The convenience of washer and drier next to fridge was appreciated--newish machines, not from the 70s. Plenty of plates, pans, bowls--encouraged us to eat in. Small but cute balcony, great for mornings and sunset. Nice old tile in bathroom (but faucet is modern), lots of towels, can take a bath. The bedroom is larger than the picture shows--it includes a couch and a working table. So, you can use a laptop there or you can be at the kitchen table where two people have room for laptops. Lots of drawers and a closet with lots of hangers. This 3-room mini-house occupying the second floor of a beautiful old house that is central to a great neighborhood and not far from the capitol (and history museum--I will be going back). My wife is a little concerned about hauling luggage up the wooden stairway, I carry it for her, but we aging people need to match lodgings with our comforts.

Loved staying at Maria's. A comfortable, laid back environment with plants, fish, Ellie the dog & Todd the cat. Was long overdue for feline companionship. Stayed in the loft which is roomy & very private. It is its own floor & can sleep up to three people. The stairs might be a bit steep for some seniors but there are also first floor accommodations at Maria's. So many great features - a Keurig coffee machine, laundry privileges & a lovely, tree enfolded neighborhood that is close to MSU, restaurants and other venues.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The hot tub was perfect and the location was amazing. We were able to get to a State game and all over very easy. It was also a great house to just hang out and spend time with our friends. We loved the kitchen that had all the things you need. The bed sheets were soft and the couch and living space was very comfy. Thank you for such a great vacation!

Kathy and her Husband, Larry are some of the nicest people I have met on Air BnB. Their home is very comfortable and they are extremely generous with the ammenities provided. They were also able to point us towards some local attractions, going si far as to provide a printed map of the area.

I have rented from Heather and Jeff several times, and their places are always stocked, clean, and comfortable. Heather and Jeff always respond quickly to all messages! They are great hosts, kind, helpful, and conscientious.

A living area features a rich brown sofa and a comfortable recliner, both positioned near a wooden coffee table. A decorative area rug lies underfoot, and framed pictures adorn the walls. Natural light enters through a window draped with sheer curtains.

Comfortable large home near Michigan State! This was the perfect place for us to host our family and grandparents for an MSU graduation. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen area for hanging out and liked sitting in the dining room. Everyone commented on and liked the sculptures and art on the walls. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. I went on a run in the neighborhood and enjoyed the dedicated paths near small marshes. There were a lot of beautiful flowering trees in the neighborhood. We also used the grill and got to enjoy the spacious back porch. We forgot an item in the house and Gideon was very accommodating with letting us get it back right away.

We had the most amazing stay! This place is super cool, very modern with great amenities. Bathroom feels like a Manhattan spa, draft beer on tap was a huge plus, bed was extremely comfortable. The host was super helpful and friendly. Could not have had a better way to ring in the new year. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Visited in the coldest part of winter - January - but we were fine after a little practice with the heater settings. If you come in winter a pair of warm slippers will be helpful. Close to much of the action in East Lansing.

We were in town for my Mothers funeral. We originally were staying at another Airbnb that wasn't able to extend our reservation. Rachel not only confirmed our new reservation within minutes, but also allowed us to go straight from check out at the other place to check in at her place without waiting around for several hours. She was also extremely helpful when we had an emergent situation with our dog, Dexter. The house is absolutely beautiful and even though you're only a few minutes outside of town it feels super secluded and private. Wonderful host, wonderful house.
