Beautiful property for larger family. Quiet beach near really great restaurants.

I cannot say enough good things about Jami and her condo. Her home is in pristine condition. She had snacks set out for us for our arrival even! The home is stocked with every item you could possibly need while you stay. Her wagon, beach chairs, canopy, cooler bag, etc were absolutely perfect and made our frequent trips to the beach a breeze. It’s just a quick and lovely walk to the beach also! I had trouble with the code upon arrival but that was my error but she was on top of it before I even could message her. Absolutely book her beach retreat, you and your family won’t regret it! We will definitely be back!

Perfection! Scott was such a responsive and accommodating host. Scott knew we had an early flight, and he let us check in as soon as their place was ready. Scott even made sure there was a pack n play for our little one, which exceeded our expectations. The location directly on the beach made sunsets after a busy day so relaxing. We got to see a lot of seabirds and dolphins right from the balcony. Everything we needed was there. The place was very clean throughout with a fully functioning kitchen and all necessary beach supplies. We made unforgettable memories for our first Florida family vacation, and we could not have asked for a better location with the best host. Thank you so much!

We will definitely be back! We loved how close the water was to our balcony, the view was up close and GORGEOUS. The beach was very peaceful and there were not too many people. The water was gorgeous here too. Perfect location, so easy to get to the beach. Just right down the elevator, a few steps, and boom you’re there. Hardly any walking at all! There’s a small coffee shop across the street that you can actually walk to, coffee was good! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Even a few little snacks and drinks were left out for us. It was a wonderful experience and a great place to stay at the beach. Nicole was very clear, friendly, and helpful. We will be back!

Amr’s home was just what we needed for a beach weekend. It’s very easy to get into and right on the beach. The home was super spacious and the locker was full of anything we needed. Next time I’m in need of a beach weekend I’ll be booking here again!

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!

Linda’s condo is nicely decorated and lovely. The living and dining room furniture is comfortable, as are the beds. She is generous with toiletries and kitchen supplies. We brought our own beach things, but saw that there were chairs and umbrellas and beach towels already there. The kitchen and primary bath are updated, as are all appliances: washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and tvs. Linda is very responsive if you have questions. The five-star ratings are well deserved!

We had a great stay at this condo! We have visited this area numerous times but this was our first time in that condominium. It was absolutely gorgeous! You get a beautiful view right out the window and the condo was well decorated and clean. The owner was also very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This space was as close to perfect as I can imagine. location, amenities, ease of access, view, i could go on and on. it's like we had the VIP treatment. each sunset was custom delivered to just us. we had a great time and will be back for sure.

The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. From beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen, every little detail was thought of. Kamiron was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just enough to make us feel cared for. The area itself was peaceful and family-friendly, and close to some great local restaurants. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this property for your stay. 😊

An absolute gorgeous place to stay! We loved the access to the beach and the sunsets from the balcony every night! Has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and for the beach! Will definitely stay again!

Kelley was an amazing host. The amenities were exactly what my husband and I needed. Everything is 10 minutes away or less for driving, and the beach is just a 30 second walk out the door. Kelley was responsive the entire time. Will absolutely be coming back if it’s available to book again!

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!

This place was adorable and very close to the beach and all amenities we needed. Super cute place to stay

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The condo had everything we needed and the location to the beach is perfect. It was an easy walk that only took minutes. There is a crosswalk right at the beach access that makes crossing the street easy and safe. We were a family of three and had plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were one of the reasons we chose this place since we were flying in and couldn’t bring our own. All the beach accessories were in great shape. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We ate dinner out at Crabby Bill’s, Caddy’s and the Bamboo Beach Bar. All were wonderful and just a short drive. I definitely recommend this condo and will stay again if in Indian Shores.

This space was very big for 3 adults and a toddler. Very clean, tons of towels, and walking distance from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and the garage was a nice addition to the home. Host was responsive for the little communication we had to make with her. Check in and check out was very easy, as well.
