far away, very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. safe parking and easy to get to. easy access to move around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed the house. Daniela stayed in touch with us and answered our questions. Paola welcomed us and gave us detailed instructions and recommendations. We are very happy with the stay, the house, the hosts and the perfect area!

Everything's excellent, fully recommended

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

My day and night were very pleasant. Nice house, very comfortable, clean and tidy. I had a great time with my guests and they found the house and a large patio very beautiful. Don Marco received me and was very kind and punctual. Highly recommended.

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafes and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. The accommodation is very cozily furnished and equipped for the cold months with a radiant heater and a heat blanket. We had a great time. Thank you Mauricio!

Great place to stay in Santiago. I felt very safe in the area and the surroundings had many things to offer. The place is within walking distance from numerous coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Very good space, the apartment is well arranged and its view is amazing, the receptionists are very polite, the garbage disposal system is very simple and the location is close to markets such as Jumbo and Tottus, in addition to being close to the Cerro Blanco station. I would easily stay again.

The accommodation was very nice and Mariela's service was very good, very proactive and very nice, the location was excellent for doing business since everything is close.

Easy access as described in the instructions. The apartment is clean and tidy, with heating for a cold night. Another good thing is the proximity to the subway, parks, pharmacies, market and restaurants. Marcos responded quickly to messages. I think it's definitely a good option to stay.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and felt at home! We loved the space and everything around it. Right below there is a mini market that helps a lot, and on the street there are restaurants as well. We think the region is quiet and so are the neighbors. Building staff are super helpful. Alejandro answered my questions and inquiries super fast. The apartment is just like the photos, very clean and super central. There are several businesses nearby to get what you need for your stay. We would be back !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

Excellent Airbnb, I stayed for almost 1 month, very well-equipped apartment for a long stay, with a washing machine and very stable fiber optic internet. Friendly and proactive hosts, they respond quickly. 100% recommended.

We felt really lucky to get to stay in Gianfranco’s house. Everything about it is just so cool. The house itself, the art, the record player. The terrace is gorgeous. I wish we could have stayed longer! Loved it all. Gianfranco was always responsive and helpful with questions and super flexible, which we really appreciated. We walked everywhere and it’d be easy to an uber or taxi here too. If you stay here, doing the funicular and cable car (which you can get to just around the corner) is so worth it (thanks Gianfranco for suggesting that :)
