The house is excellent, exceeded our expectations. All very clean and very well equipped. The house is better than what they show in the pictures. It was all very clean, organized, clean and smelling bed linen, all working. We had an amazing, super quiet stay, went with my husband and friends of my daughter and everyone praised the place a lot. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful family vacation!! Maria was very helpful and friendly from the start. The house is great, very well decorated and clean, 4 spacious en-suites, all with air-conditioning; very fragrant bedding; well-equipped kitchen; 2 refrigerators and a freezer to accommodate all the food, clean and heated pool - which made everyone get in even with the cool weather, 3 delicious hammocks to rest enjoying the garden and the tranquility of the neighborhood... A spectacle! In addition, Maria is super concerned about our well-being!! There was a short period of 2 hours that we were without electricity in the neighborhood, I sent a message to her at night on the holiday and she promptly contacted CPFL and didn't stop until the electricity came back, super proactive! He also referred Bruna to help us with breakfast and lunch preparations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll be back with ctz!

Our stay at the carnival from 01 to 04/03 was wonderful. We found everything that was announced: bedding, bath towels/face, cleaning, all kitchen utensils. The pool was cleaned every day before we woke up. Regarding the security was total, because to get to the house you have to go through 2 ordinances where the identification by the RG and facial biometrics are made. The Hostess always very attentive and requests from the moment the 04 days of Carnival stay is effective. We hope to come back more often.

We love the stay. The homemade Mr. Very helpful and attentive Joelson! We loved the Hulk, local dog, very docile and friendly with other animals (we took our pets and felt at home)! I'll definitely come back again!!

The home was arguably one of the best choices I've ever made for Airbnb inside and outside of Brazil. Large space, very well cared for, from the utensils to the furniture. The view is incredible and the condominium is very quiet, exactly as described in the ad. Helpful and very friendly hosts. We will definitely go back again and again.

The stay was great. From the reservation to the end, we always had all the attention and care not only of Giovanna, but of her parents, especially her mother who was my direct contact. I needed to undergo surgery at a nearby hospital. I chose this house because it could comfortably accommodate my parents and my fiancé. We were all surprised by the cleanliness and great location of the place. I know that soon I will have to go to the hospital again and my parents said they want to return to this same house because they felt comfortable and loved the cleanliness of the place. The host was extremely kind, helpful the whole time we exchanged messages. I'm so glad she was able to provide comfort to them at such a difficult time for all of us.

The stay was excellent and the house exceeded expectations! The biggest highlight goes to the barbecue area, super charming, with a wood-burning oven for pizza that we used and yielded incredible moments. The architecture of the house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well distributed, and everything was very well equipped. The condominium is great and the location is excellent, in front of the Varandas pizzeria that we have frequented for years. The house is spacious, fenced — perfect for our dog. The showers, mattresses and pillows are good. Wi-Fi worked great, there is Alexa in the rooms, a hammock to relax and lots of silence around. David was very attentive, helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out. Just a few small points of attention: the deck and garden/lawn need more care. Overall, it was a memorable stay and we will definitely be back soon!

Very large house, very clean and organized, great for get-togethers, lots of space, big pool. Guilherme has always been very helpful and flexible with the needs. He made good indications of suppliers and left extra air mattresses to use in the house.

Mr. Irany super attentive, great person. The house is simple but cozy, the backyard is very good to have a coffee listening to the birds. Tudo certinho, I recommend!

The property has a beautiful garden, vast grassy area and a well-equipped kitchen, providing comfort and practicality. We were in a group of 10 people, and the house accommodated us peacefully.
