We stayed 6 days at the home of Lucélia and had a great experience. The house is well equipped and has all the necessary utensils. The condominium is very quiet and quiet. Lucélia was friendly, quick to answer and provided clear instructions on check in. I recommend the apto :)

We had to leave before the date due to personal problems. Anfitriao very solicitous , pity that the hosting did not work out but because of us.

the check in is very good and so is the apartment, it is just in need of maintenance, but nothing that has affected our stay as a whole. I recommend it!

Complete apartment, with great location in Indaiatuba, next to the Ecological Park and restaurants. Very easy access. The desk in the room was extremely useful for home office work and the owners were sensational, very helpful and kind.

It was wonderful, we were welcome, host requests, cozy atmosphere, no doubt I will come back other times.

We were very welcomed by Jaqueline. I took my dog and the apt was safe, with bars and protection on the balcony. The condominium is also great!

From the beginning to the departure I was attended by the co-host Lucélia. Super attentive, patient in guiding me and always kind. The apartment corresponds to the pictures. I liked the size of the pieces. Equipped with what we needed, a refrigerator and a microwave, mainly. My friend and I went to a Congress, so we had breakfast in the apartment, went back for lunch, went out in the afternoon and only returned at night, shower and bed. Fully met our needs. The location was perfect for the congress venue, exactly as Lucélia informed us, 10 minutes by car, which ended up being 7 or 8 due to the holiday (calmer traffic). I only have two notes: 1- we are used to a hotter shower, for us the temperature was lukewarm, but as it was hot in Indaiatuba we did not "suffer" from it. 2- the parking is covered, but if it rains hard you will get wet until you get to the car. I highly recommend this place, I would definitely come back.

My second time hosted and whenever possible and available, I will stay again! Everything clean, organized, plus good service from the valet to the receptionist. Everything is great!

It's not my first time staying in Márcia's apartment anymore, and every stay is an amazing experience. The apartment is super cozy, with a decoration that makes you feel right at home. A very special detail is that Márcia always leaves an affectionate note with chocolate, which makes me feel very welcome. In addition, there is water and coffee available, a touch that really makes a difference, providing extra comfort during the stay. Communication with Márcia is also excellent; she is always available to help with any questions. I recommend Marcia's apartment for those looking for a warm place and full of small details that make the experience even more enjoyable!

Flawless apartment, clean, wonderful, super chic, well decorated! Very good location, the building has a 24-hour doorman, super friendly and kind, heated pool and jacuzzi, sauna and full gym! The co-host was super helpful! I'm sure they'll come back more often!
