The present furniture is quite useful and has a complete kitchen. An excellent washing machine in the house is necessary. The host was very hospitable. We felt right at home! I highly recommend it! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Modern, beautiful, has a great interior design, is comfortable and well equipped. It is well located - it is close to main roads and access to other regions of the city is very easy. The view is very beautiful. The bed, sofa and chairs are all very comfortable. On the not-so-good side, the garage door takes time to open and communication with Leonel was laconic - he only answers what is necessary.

Very clean apartment, bedding and extremely smelling bath towels, I have had other experiences in hotels in campinas that do not reach the feet in cleanliness and hygiene like here. I loved the experience, I really felt at home, I definitely indicate and I will come back.

The whole apartment very well cared for, tidy and clean! Smell bedding, great towels, great showers! Good blankets and pillows, bathroom with little shower! A solicitous host, responds quickly and gives clear instructions. Well-structured, quiet and close to commerce. We liked it very much and would definitely come back!

The house is exactly as pictured! We found everything neat and clean! The house is in a gated community, so it's super quiet and safe! Dona Roseli always responded promptly to all messages. It was well worth the stay! House with cable TV and Wi-Fi available to guests, good for those who have to work during the stay.

Our stay at the carnival from 01 to 04/03 was wonderful. We found everything that was announced: bedding, bath towels/face, cleaning, all kitchen utensils. The pool was cleaned every day before we woke up. Regarding the security was total, because to get to the house you have to go through 2 ordinances where the identification by the RG and facial biometrics are made. The Hostess always very attentive and requests from the moment the 04 days of Carnival stay is effective. We hope to come back more often.
