Great location, easy to get to and check in. Dreicom, who spoke to me about the reservation, was very quick and helpful. The apartment is the same as the photos, comfortable bed, great shower, comfortable sofa too. The structure of the building is amazing, very good pool, with beautiful view, in the living area there is a coffee machine, which helped us. We walked to the German village, it's close. Points for improvement: TV didn't get open channels and we couldn't pair any streaming apps, it just ran and didn't connect. It would help to have some kind of clothesline on the floor, to hang the bikinis after the pool. There could be a water filter (we get water from the gym, there is one). But these are just suggestions, none of which got in the way of our trip. The stay was great and I will definitely rent again!

Great apartment, with all the listing descriptions. Very safe, beautiful private condominium, secure garage, easy access and location. Host Anderson was accessible from the beginning to the end of the stay. He recommended places to visit in Blumenau, where we were able to fully enjoy ourselves with family and children. On another occasion, we would definitely return to this apartment.

The property is exactly like in the Photos. Wagner was very kind, he received us at the door of the building even our arrival time having been in the early hours, he gave us accurate information. The house is extremely perfect, everything according to the listing and even better!! Everything was clean, smelling good, the house is beautiful, well planned, very cozy place, everything we needed was in the house, especially the amazing gas shower. Everything is new and harmonious. It was our 1st Airbnb Experience. My partner and I love it. All the description and images are consistent with what we found. All access is by password and digital. This gives extra security. Tamara informs, before check-in, what we need to know, in order to have a good stay or stay. The location is central and on foot you reach several typical and famous cafes and restaurants. 2 min drive is Alles Park. The building is brand new, the hygienic, functional and comfortable apartment. Super we recommend!

Beautiful, very wooded condominium with swimming pool, barbecue grills and children's playground. Close to Vila Germânica. Beautiful apartment, comfortable beds and with all the necessary amenities. Mr. Dionísio (Juliet's father) welcomed us with great sympathy, pampered us (like a delicious cuca) and gave us a tour of the condominium. We felt at home and would definitely stay in this apartment again.
