It is a private villa resembling an art museum on a hillside with a good view of the sea. It is luxurious and stylish. It is a space of 80 pyeong, including Building 3, an ancillary facility, in addition to the main building on a 230-pyeong site. It is a villa-style accommodation built neatly with the finest materials, where you can watch TV. Clean white bedding and toilets are standard, and in addition to the main building, there is a spacious garden, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant, glass greenhouse-like barbecue area, and a separate space called Ttukseon Gudel-dong, which is available for a separate fee. This is a quasi-hanok-style annex that heats up the firewood. The rooftop is spacious and open to embrace the sea.There is a beautiful and secluded beach within a 5-minute walk, and if the water runs out, you can experience shellfishing. The main living room has a premium fireplace where you can see fantastic sparks, and a small fireplace is installed in the cafe where you can enjoy the fire all night.
