Apartment vacation rentals in Incarville

To arrive in the city center of Rouen to Maxime's apartment was a treat we did not fully appreciate until we checked in. Easy parking (can't say that often), a beautiful apartment and a pastry shop or coffee shop at every turn, we loved the experience. The church and garden of the Church of Joan of Arc in view, we loved the city and thanks to Maxime in sharing a beautiful space.

Nous avons séjourné chez Izy 1 nuit pour un mariage. Tout était parfait ! L’appartement est fonctionnel, très propre, bien aménagé et très mignon. Il est en plein centre, à 1 min à pied du marché et 3 min de l’église, tout en étant dans une petite cour bien au calme. On était ravis de notre séjour !

This was our first visit to Rouen, and this apartment was a delightful introduction to a wonderful city. The location is a dream, particularly if you arrive by car, as we did. Secure, free parking right outside the door in the middle of the city is quite a luxury. The apartment is lovely and has lots of nice details. The beds are super comfortable, and the two full baths are a treat. Top-notch appliances, ample seating, tasteful decor, nice house plants, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed walking to many sites in the old city center and several museums that were practically right across the street. We were even greeted with a thoughtful welcoming gift from our host. All in all, a great stay that I can recommend without hesitation.

Logement très agréable dans lequel on se sent bien. Nous avons apprécié la décoration chaleureuse qui est identique aux photos de présentation. De plus, le parking est à proximité et les commerces accessibles à pieds. Il n'y a plus qu'à monter les escaliers pour découvrir le château et son parc. Nous recommandons!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft ist schön geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Cyril war gut zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und proaktiv. Wir danken für die gute Zeit.

I had a wonderful stay at Nathalie & Thierry’s comfortable and cozy apartment. The apartment is in impeccable condition, and the terrace provides a lovely way to enjoy the outdoors with privacy. Nathalie & Thierry were incredibly welcoming and very responsive to my messages. I had an unexpected medical issue come up during my stay, and they were caring and attentive. This was very comforting and reassuring. Thierry picked me up at and took me to the train station, which I really appreciated. No question I would stay here again. Fabulous in every way.

Très bon séjour chez Julien. Une promenade a proximité pour les propriétaires de toutous. Julien est très sympathique et accueillant. nous avons pu arriver à l'heure souhaitée et aussi partir quand on le désirait. Nous avons été sensibles à son coté "ami des bêtes" car notre labrador a eu un très bon contact. C'est un logement que nous recommandons!

We had a Lovely stay at Paulines apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the historic district and the river side. Pauline was great on coordinating our arrival and getting us oriented. The space is complete with everything - I loved the kitchen layout. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was our favorite. Thank you for hosting my family.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Le logement est calme, très bien situé il permet de rejoindre très rapidement à pieds des monuments phares de Rouen ainsi que de bons restaurants. Clémence a été très réactive et sympathique lorsque nous avons eu besoin de la contacter. Je recommande ce logement !

My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Claire's apartment. it is located in a quiet area very close to the main sights of Rouen. it is easily walkable to get to museums, restaurants and stores. Rouen is a very attractive and historic city, with plenty to do. The apartment is itself historic and very creatively decorated. I highly recommend Claire's Airbnb!

Le logement proposé par Vincent est super. Concernant la localisation, rien à dire, tout est accessible à pied : rue du gros horloge, la cathédrale de Rouen, de très bons restaurants à proximité, de très bonnes boulangeries, etc. On se sent également très bien dans l’appartement et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment. Attention toutefois à prendre en compte -si vous avez des valises- qu’il y a un escalier, cela peut être contraignant pour certaines personnes. En tout cas, je recommande ce logement, c’est un bon rapport qualité-prix avec un hôte très réactif et amical.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ! Le logement était bien au-delà de nos attentes ! Tout était propice à la détente, et la proximité avec les restaurants, rue commerçante, quais de Seine… Étaient parfait. Nous gardons l’adresse pour de futurs séjours rouennais!!! Hele mooie, goed verzorgde ruimte. Op prima loopafstand van het centrum, daardoor wel lekker rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht op de heuvel.

Idéalement placé à côté d'une station d'échange routière, d'un centre commercial et d'un Intermarché. Le logement correspond parfaitement, et tous les équipements fonctionnaient (à l'exception d'un petit problème avec le sauna, vite réglé par Anthony). Dommage qu'il y ait eu un peu de délai de réponse par message (Anthony étant dans une autre zone horaire). En tout cas super rapport qualité-prix, je ne peux que recommander

À chaque fois que nous venons chez Yann, c’est un réel plaisir de découvrir des espaces détente et chaleureux. À chaque fois nous nous retrouvons. Merci de nous offrir ces moments avec d’aussi beau logements. Nous reviendrons dans un autres pour continuer de compléter nos découvertes. Host was non-invasive but definitely wanted to make sure we had a great time. Very responsive. Location was fantastic. Walking distance from the train station and to all of the cathedrals and free museums, restaurants, shopping all of it. It's located within a medieval building, within a medieval town which is so fun. Clean, contemporary, included everything. If they don't have it, you don't need it! We had a really nice time and this home was a big part of that experience.
