C'est le seul appartement dont le balcon de 17m2 est construit au dessus du chemin qui longe la plage, offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur les vagues, le village, les pêcheurs, les surfeurs. Très confortable, décoré et entretenu avec soin pour un séjour exceptionnel au dessus de l'océan, proche des nombreux cafés et restaurants longeant la plage et à 2 pas des écoles de surf, au coeur de ce village berbère convivial mêlant pêcheurs, commerçants, surfeurs du monde entier...et quelques touristes.

Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

The terrace provides view over the Atlantic ocean and the surf-spots. The beaches, the surf-spots, including the magnificent bay, and the surf-shops and cafes are all within few minutes walking distance of the house!
