Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. There is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom. The bathroom with shower is equipped with towels and bath towels, pharmacy, hairdryer and toilet paper. A cozy sitting area awaits you in the courtyard. The use of our fitness room is free. Parking is available in front of our house.

Welcome to our small attic apartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The sleeping-living room has a comfortable double bed with an Emma mattress 140 × 200 cm, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Internet radio. In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, stove with two hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Tefal Easy Fry hot air fryer and a seating option is available. The bathroom has a shower tub.

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easy to reach.  We can offer a free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz station. Bringing and picking up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired location is possible for an additional charge.
