The flat is perfect for a touristic stay in Borjomi: next to the bus station and shops. Really close to nature. As the host mentioned, the building is being renovated, but you will not be bother by any noise and once in the flat, you are confortable. With an amazing view! Neighbours are also sweet.

Sweet Studio 12 fl Bird Concert outside the Window

I stayed here for one month. The location and the view can not be beat, it is exactly as pictured and beautiful! The apartment is on the 12th floor and the lift does require change to ride. The building can be a bit hard to find as it is off the main road on a hill, but there are stairs that make it walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and even the park and train station. Lika was wonderful and very responsive. Really enjoyed my time there.

Madona’s place is amazing! It doesn’t look like at the pictures, it is much much better! You will be super surprised how specious and beautiful the place is. You have two lovely terraces available with beautiful views. She has a dog who is very sweet! It was comfortable to sleep on double beds, but the two separate beds very soft making it little uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that everything was perfect! We were disappointed we stayed only one night and couldn’t enjoy more of Madonna’s amazing place and beautiful Chiatura and surrounding!

I stayed one week at Darejan’s house (which is written in google as a hotel). I arrived being sick and it was perfect to be picked up with the minivan with my bike and dog which cost 130 Lari and we also stopped at a market so I could buy everything for a weeks stay. At Darejan’s my dog was welcomed and ok to stay with me in my room. I was very happy to be left alone and being able to cure my cold. It was no problem to use the kitchen. Also sometimes the wlan or electricity was not working due to thunder and heavy rain, but that is village life so it was totally fine as it only took less then a day until the electricity or wifi came back. Using the washing machine cost 10 Lari which was fine for me. It was also no problem to extend the stay as my partner and his friend came later from their bicycle trip then expected and the friend could set his tent in the yard. So for me the stay was perfect for getting my energy back while being in such a beautiful nature.

this place really is a hidden gem. it is located in a historic building that is being restored.. Sophie and her husband have done an amazing renovation and decor..don't be turned off by the outside because after all this is current 2023 renovation projects in Georgia, there are many other places being renovated and this is one of them. Sophie's apartment is nicely done. it is very clean and plus they are very nice people who are hard working trying to make a good living..
