The house is very comfortable, spacious and a nice style. Very enjoyable. The location is unbeatable more knowing that the streets of the spa are tricky to transit in a vehicle. Sts in a private area but on a busy street, s a block from the boliches and a few from the center of the spa. Excellent everything!

Our stay was wonderful, we felt at home. Clean and complete environment. Quiet location, only on Saturday night did we hear music from a nearby party, but nothing that bothered us. In the house they had super docile and friendly animaizies that made the experience even more special. Jerônimo was extremely requested and agile in returning my messages. The road is clay, but we were aware of it. Our car is 1.0 and we had no difficulty at any time. In the outskirts there were markets, bakeries and the super charming centrinho. We hope to return soon🌹✨

Ezequiel was very requested with us, we felt at home! Executive Localization, a well-kept house with no luxury, but meets every need. Good shower, cleaning ok. We recommend the villa La Escondida, and we will certainly return! Grata, Ezequiel!

The place is excellent and very exclusive. It is the last plot of a condominium, with a backyard to the lagoon with private access. Very spacious and organized, complete with all the amenities listed. The barbecue area is a little far from the house, giving more privacy to users. However, there are two points that were not clear in the listing. 1 - The common area is shared with another lodging; 2 - The house does not have 4 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms, both with mezzanines, and in these mezzanines, double beds. That is, there are two full beds in each room. But none of this takes away from the comfort of the house and the tranquility of the place. It was a great stay and I plan to return.

Great house, very large, with excellent social area (chairs and swimming pool). Spacious sofa and table. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms. I got the impression that everything is bigger in person than the pictures. Very polite and helpful host We had a hygiene problem in the fridge (my fault) and it promptly resolved on its own without the slightest responsibility. Upon returning to Rosa I intend to rent again with Priscila. I highly recommend it, I don't have any negative or critical points, just compliments. My friends loved it.

I had an amazing stay! The house is spacious, very clean, equipped and surrounded by nature, offering a lot of comfort and tranquility. Our stay was great! The house is small but very cozy, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The location is also great, the surroundings are beautiful, safe and super easy and quick to get to the beach. We are a couple and went to surf. We enjoyed a lot, we could walk to the beach with the boards, and the peak of the Ribanceira was very good throughout the stay, we surfed every day and we were surprised that the waves were very good all day! The outer shower was a differential in post-surfacing. Sabine is also very friendly and helpful. We recommend it!

We stayed 7 days in the house and it was very worth it! Well spacious, you can go with 4 couples because it has 4 double beds and two singles, all well tidy, house in great access to Barrinha beach next to the rust beach. Beach access by foot, but you can go by car tbm, there is parking nearby. Thinking of returning!!

I chose Mirian's house to present my newlywed friends with a special stay, because I had an amazing experience here and I wanted them to live the same. The house is impeccable clean, cozy and equipped with all that is needed for rest days. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the lagoon, in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Besides, Miriam is simply wonderful! Always thoughtful and quick to respond. Your father's also amazing and very helpful. I'm sure my friends will keep this experience with love, as I will!

I loved my hosting, it was a very nice 12 days. The one who welcomed me was Rafael's mother, who was always very helpful and kind. All the very attentive hosts, both Rafael and his whole family felt at home. My very nice cabin with air conditioning and all the electros a kitchen needs. I am grateful to the whole family for the treatment and kindness and all very polite. I'll definitely be back and recommend it. Another thing, very close to Rosa beach and Ouvidor beach.
