They are very accomodating! 1ts my 1st time to try airbnb and it was a good experience for me as a first timer! I sleep well and I love the food they serve everyday. It was 1 ride going to the city, so it is accessible!

Delfin Ledesma Ancestral House with Pool

Mary AnndieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Tita Carmela is a great host, she is very accommodating and very engaging to her guests. She would even greet us personally upon arrival even late already and would engage with us and share about the history of their ancestral home. Food is superb! Ancestral vibe is also the dominant feel, a very unique experience for someone who wants to have a short break from a city life. Over all, highly recommended to visit again and for friends!

Silay Casa A. Gamboa/Guest Room

NicaRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Staying at Casa A. Gamboa was an experience, like traveling back in time but with all the perks of technology 😅 The house itself has many stories to tell; it is beautiful and grand, but somehow also cozy. The room we booked, the guest room, had 2 comfortable beds, was very spacious, with high ceilings and good air-conditioning. We were also welcomed with an elaborate breakfast the following day. The property is huge and located at the heart of Silay City. Close to all the best restaurants and cafés, banks, malls, the heritage zone and other tourist spots, it’s the perfect base for someone exploring this historical/heritage town for the first time (and there is indeed so much to explore!). Our host, Reena, was so warm and helpful. She gave us a lot of local recommendations and made sure we were well-attended to. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Silay Casa A. Gamboa/ Nanay Daling’s Room

PamelaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The perfect place to stay in when you want to explore Silay and neighboring towns. It's right on the main road so it's accessible, but is still very peaceful once you're on the premises. Reena is very responsive and her staff were always helpful. Pictures posted don't do the place justice - it's better in person.

Balai Lawaan: a charming sanctuary

BarbieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Staying at Anj's place at Balai Lawaan was such a respite for the soul. It's easily accessible via Grab or taxi-- a little further away from the city center, but worth the extra few minutes of travel. We slept so soundly each night, it was actually hard to wake up! Slow mornings with a hearty balanced breakfast on the garden terrace, basking in the morning sun, and the having coffee while taking in the calming sound of wind chimes in the garden-- such a slice of paradise. Anj was an amazing host and her staff was truly very warm. Looking forward to our next stay at Balai Lawaan-- the reviews were right, it's truly a home away from home.
Tall palm trees create a natural canopy above, framing a sandy beach area. Two hammocks are suspended between the trees, gently swaying in the breeze. In the background, a wooden platform elevates above the shore, offering views of the calm sea and blue sky.

Balai Vittorio Scandinavian Inspired Villa

Mikael CorazonRating, 5 stars6 months ago
If you're looking for a quaint and cozy room to stay in and still be near Iloilo City, Balai Vittorio is for you. Our host, Ms. Vivian, is very gracious to us. Though the room's maximum capacity is for 4 pax only, she allowed our group of 5 to stay in her place with a disclaimer that it won't be as spacious. But she really made sure that all our needs were met and all of us were comfortable. We highly recommend to future guests to try a private dining experience in her place! 🥰 Aside from the fact that Ms. Viv's personalized table setting is so IG worthy (see their IG account @BalaiVittorio), her slow-cooked dishes are to die for. All may look so simple, but everything is well thought of and is made with love. ❤️ Truly a hidden gem in Iloilo, and if you'll ask me, a place that I would really love to gatekeep to ourselves, but Balai Vittorio is a humble place that surely deserves so much praise. 💕
A modern two-story building is highlighted by wooden staircases leading to the upper level. Lush greenery surrounds the entrance, with a variety of plants located along the pathway. Bright blue skies provide a vibrant backdrop to the property.

Deluxe Room

Joy MariaRating, 5 stars24 months ago
The place is a 30 mins away from port of Buenavista to barangay bacjao if you rode a tricycle from the port . When you reach the place you feel the calmness, privacy and peaceful vibes of the area. They offered foods that they personally served and it taste good. And if you really wanted to eat from time to time . Might as well to bring some snacks with you because the stores is far from the place. The room are clean and very relaxing, I will definitely come back here

Clean Room for 2 in Iloilo City with WIFI

VincentRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is my second time to stay at Richie Joy's place and like before, it's the best! Second to None!! I felt at home and was very comfortable! The room was clean and tidy, the hot shower was refreshing, and the air conditioning unit was perfect! My beddings and towels were replaced regularly or as needed with no questions asked! The front desk staff's were very attentive and always asking if I needed their assistance. They were always willing and able to assist in any way they can. If and when I get hungry, and ordered my meal from a set menu, my hot meal is prepared in 30 minutes! I highly recommend Philippa's B&B Pension House hosted by Richie Joy!! As far as I am concerned, Richie Joy is the best AirBnB Host ever!! "I'll be back"! Vincent~~~
