Villa Wonka Sapanca Our villa, which is 6 minutes on foot from Sapanca train station and 15 minutes from the lake, is designed for you to have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones. You can enter our heated pool by taking just one step from the house and stay peacefully in our house with floor heating and a fireplace. Apart from our 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, we have a sofa on the mezzanine that can be converted into a double bed. (Pool heating is turned off during the summer months.)

It is decorated with designer furniture, - Private pool, - Fireplace and winter garden, - Floor heating system and air conditioning in all rooms and, - Heat-sound insulation allows you to experience the comfort of your home in nature in all seasons. Heating-Cooling - Floor heating system throughout the house - Air-conditioning in every room - Provided by a working fireplace.

Our villa, which is located in a calm and peaceful location intertwined with the unique nature of Sapanca, is at your service for a pleasant stay. Our spacious, detached villa, surrounded by fruit trees and a private pool, where families and large groups can stay comfortably, offers a unique experience to our guests who want to spend time alone with nature, and you can enjoy the sunset on our terraces. In addition to the private pool, our villa consists of 4 rooms, 1 living room, 2 terraces and 1 veranda.

Our 80 m2 house, located in a 700 m2 garden, has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, a sunroom, a heated pool, 24-hour hot water, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a TV, an iron, an ironing board, a baby bed, a high chair, a hair dryer, a barbecue and kitchen supplies. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is done only when guests check in. Pool heating is not active during the summer season.

okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
