Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Illovo South

I recently spent time at 125 Penzance for my mother’s 60th birthday. The venue was so pretty and comfortable. We received so much help from the caretaker Sboniso who made us feel right at home and went out of his way to help us set up tables and everything, there was no request too big for him. It’s the perfect place to host a gathering, we definitely would love to make use of the back garden next time! Thank you so much Zama for making things easy for us!

We had a such a wonderful stay at the Boplaas cottage. The home is spacious and located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Quite serene and private. It’s also quite homely and is equipped with everything you’d typically use in your own home. We didn’t have to ask for anything. Andrea is also such a superb host, great communicator and super friendly. I’d definitely book the spot again.

We had the most magnificent stay in Bev and Phil's place - everything was amazing! It is impossible to put that view into words - and to wake up to it every morning was just unreal. I had to pinch myself every day to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Everyone in the family had the best time - the kids, the grandparents, and the pups included! Thank you Bev for being so welcoming, and just so lovely to deal with. You made our stay even more special. We can't wait to come back.

This spot is the best and ideal for kids. From the big wrap around veranda, beautiful garden and big lawn (perfect for kiddies cricket and rugby matches) to the beach right on your doorstep, you can unwind, enjoy being outdoors and watch the kids living their best lives. We will definitely be back!

Michael’s place exceeded our expectations. It was light, bright and spotless, with American shutters that gave it a relaxed Californian holiday feel. The home is spacious, well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out, with every kitchen tool you might need. Small touches like well-placed mirrors, plugs and lamps showed the owners' attention to detail. It was quiet and peaceful, and a braai on the patio was perfect for the balmy winter evening. Do be aware that the roads in Pennington are badly potholed, but this doesn’t take away from the quality of the stay. Highly recommended for a restful getaway.

We had a very comfy stay in Gillian's house. Everything was squeaky clean and the house had everything we needed. Gillian was easy to communicate with, and very willing to help.

Had a great stay. Initially thought it was right on the beach but it wasnt. Was very close though and I could hear the waves as I wanted to. Hosts were very responsive, which was great.

Teresa & Brian's Exclusive Beach Apartment is beautiful. The home was spotless and tastefully furnished. The area was peaceful and quite and we could relax and rest without a worry. When in the area again, we will stay at their apartment!

I traveled and checked in with my daughter and my sister there were happy because is quite and close the beach and safe

We loved our short stay here. Dawn was helpful in providing baby equipment for our stay. It's a spacious apartment with a small garden and beautiful views of the sea. Highly recommended.

The place met our expectations as according to the images. The apartment is cosy and prestine with stunning beach views. The bathroom could do with towel hangers. Self check-in process was seamless and certainly will visit again in the summer:-)

Gina's home is a serene and private retreat, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere paired with the most breathtaking views. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt completely at ease in such a peaceful setting. This place truly exceeded all our expectations. My sister and myself had a wonderful time, the view was spectacular every day, you could hear the ocean the whole time. Apartment was beautiful and our hosts friendly, available when needed and helpfull.

Perfect place to get away and Justine was awesome! So proactive, helpful and organized! Brilliant, will definitely become a regular.

We have just completed a 3 week stay with 4 adults sharing Loren's place. In our opinion it is the perfect place to stay if visiting Ballito. The apartment itself is large, very clean and extremely well equipped. The complex is very well maintained, in particular the pool and garden areas. It is also situated in an ideal spot with direct access to the boardwalk and beach, and is a within a short walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking is secure and undercover. We can't add much more to all the other positive reviews which are spot on. For any golfers, we would highly recommend Umhlali Country Club golf course which is a 10 minute drive away.  Thanks especially to our hosts Loren, Deon and Viv who are on hand and very quick to respond should you need anything.

Paola's nest was incredible! We did a last minute booking and she instantly confirmed. When we got there we felt like we didn't want to leave as it was only for a night. The space was clean, quiet, with a beautiful view and close to the restaurants, beach walks and nature reserve. Loved the bathtub!

The place is exactly like the pictures. It’s very clean. It was easy to go in and out of the complex. WiFi works perfectly. You can see the beach right outside of the balcony. We really had a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The host was amazing, very proactive and responsive. The place was stunning and peaceful, neighbours were considerate; walkable distance to a lot of restaurants. Loved it!
