Spacious 2 bedroom apartment near the center of Athens. Fully renovated in 2023. Apartment has big patio and a balcony with a park view. Floor is covered by natural marble which help to cool the apartment. There are no direct sunlight to the windows and temperature inside is quite comfortable. Additionally 3 new conditioners in every room make you enjoy your stay even in the hottest summer. Apartment has everything for comfortable stay. Free parking on the street.

Easily move on foot or by metro just around the corner. Just open the door and enjoy the city. Our apartment has been completely renovated in January 2020. We tried to build a stylish space that would provide all the basic needs of accommodation. There is a fully equipped electric stove. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine with all the necessary materials. The air conditioner is an inverter and provides both cooling and heating function. In the bedroom area there is a 32-inch smart TV to relax you and keep you company after a tiring day
