Great stay, we were greeted with pampering provided by the hostess, a wonderful and impeccably clean apartment, with all the necessary household utensils available for use. Claudia is super friendly and attentive, she helped us promptly in a complication we had, I certainly recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in Ubatuba near the center, as the apartment is in a good location, close to pharmacies, restaurants, pet shops, markets, etc. Also close to visit other beaches (by car). 10/10, we'll definitely be back!

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

We spent the 5 days of carnival 2025, the experience was sensational. I always request,responding quickly to the wpp and even going to the house if necessary to help with anything. Friendly and with tips that made our stay in Angra dos Reis even more wonderful. I will definitely stay more often and refer to friends, in addition to all its hospitality, the house is as it is in the description and super clean and organized, well located, with bus stop at the corner, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and general commerce less than 300m away. Super recommend!! It exceeded our expectations, great host. We walked around Angra a lot, the condominium itself has an exit for boat trips. We had the cost benefit of the platform and enjoyed the hotel services. It was wonderful. We will definitely return.

Super cozy house, a super quiet place with the waterfall next to the house, I loved sleeping listening to the sound of the water. I loved all the paintings by Claudia. Claudia and her husband are a sweet couple. It was worth every day I spent there.
