Vacation rentals with beach access in Ilha do João Araújo

The pictures are not enough to demonstrate how beautiful the environment is. The house is in the middle of the forest and next to the beach, you can walk. Great location. Two improvement points: the mat (a little uncomfortable) and the laundry (machine makes noise). In the box and in the private there are large windows that overlook a neighboring balcony, the curtain is transparent, which makes you lose your privacy a little.

The well-preserved, clean, and well located near the historical center. Location near the main avenue near bakery, market, pharmacy and restaurant, you can do everything on foot.

Really amazing stay with outstanding customer service. It was such a lovely apartment in a really peaceful area. Close enough to everything and the customer service was the best I’ve had at an Airbnb. I am extremely happy I stayed here in Paraty and would absolutely stay here again.

The location is great. Easy to get to, park and forget about the car for a few days as it is close to the beach and does not need to go by car. The house offers all the necessary structure with all the kitchen utensils and appliances such as TV, fan and air-conditioning. Katia is great at passing the information and is always on hand to help. I recommend for those who want to rest a few days on an amazing beach.

Our stay was simply perfect! The house is beautiful, well cared for and conveys a sense of incredible peace. The location is great, in a charming village, with a light walk to the beach of Ubatumirim. An ideal place to relax, rest and enjoy days of tranquility. We'll be back for sure!

The house is exactly like the photos, it is brand new, including furniture and utensils. The mattress is very new and comfortable and the bed and bath linens are premium line. Spotlight for cleanliness, impeccable! I'll be back for sure! Thanks to Stella and team!

We loved staying at Casarão Corumbê, we were very well received by the host and very well served by the staff of the house, always very kind, helpful and polite. Casa always clean and well cared for, has a very nice swimming pool that added a lot in our stay. Beautiful view of the house!

The view is incredible, but the arrival was not easy: the person responsible for giving the information gave us erroneous and inaccurate information, which caused unnecessary stress. The gps does not meet correctly either. There were works in the background and the internet was quite unstable

The house is great. All clean, organized and complete with the necessary items for a good stay. The whole house is air-conditioned, being a great differential. Marcos was a very proactive, attentive and communication host was quick and efficient. The location of the house is within easy drive access to the Paraty Center, about 15 to 20 min. Would recommend it!!

Spacious apartment in an elegant, historic-style complex with charming gardens. It gets plenty of natural light, has lots of room to store your clothes and belongings, and is well-equipped with kitchen amenities, including a coffee maker. There’s drinking water, a good hot shower, and a bidet. Plenty of parking space. The location is great—walking distance to downtown and the beach—and the area feels very safe. I recommend asking about the short hidden path up the hill that leads to a lookout with a spectacular view. The host was always available and communication was excellent. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Excellent flat and location, with all amenities. Impeccable Kitchen, excellent gourmet area, great bed linens and bathrooms. Large and airborne apartment. Great air conditioning. Perfect for a family who wants to spend a weekend or holiday. And with all the amenities of Fasano (cost by part for access to the hotel's gym, SPA and pool): restaurants, shops and market. Verussa is hyper attentive and worries that there is nothing missing from the stay. Very solicitous and friendly. And the helper Neide is an extra Plus!
