Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Ilha da Gigóia

The apartment is identical to the images, cozy, clean and very organized. I worked remotely on some days and everything worked perfectly. The view from the balcony is amazing, with the lake and the surroundings, bright and airy apartment. Very complete. The condominium staff are very attentive, helpful and dear. The condominium's infrastructure is perfect, with a heated pool, fitness center, sauna and hot tub, I used them and enjoyed them very much. In front of the building, still on the Peninsula (condominium) there is a 24-hour supermarket, restaurants and shops, I was able to hike the condominium trails, enjoyed the view and the sunset on the wooden deck, where the ferry is parked. Safe environment and excellent location in Barra da Tijuca. Memorable stay, I felt very comfortable, like at home. Certainly whenever I'm in Rio I intend to stay here, attentive, polite and proactive hosts. I loved it!

The flat is great! Super clean, extremely well located, two blocks only from the beach,plenty of restaurants around and the best shopping mall in Rio. The security to enter the building is amazing , super safe. Looking forward to go back!

Excellent from the dealings with the host to check-out. The apartment is exactly as in the listing, very well equipped and with all the amenities listed (bed linens, bath, kitchen items, cleaning, towels for use in the pool/beach and beach kit at no additional cost). The area is great, literally on top of Paris 6, with a market, drugstore and bakery very close by. And finally the balcony, with a perfect view of the sea, sleeping with the sound of the waves is non-negotiable. Thank you very much, we will certainly come back other times.

Thiago's apartment is wonderful! Very clean and with everything you need for a great stay. The space is very cozy and well arranged, we felt at home. Thiago was very attentive and helpful, he left everything ready and gave all the necessary information about the check-in, check-out and information about the building's facilities. It was all very quick and easy. His friendly hospitality contributed to a great experience and it's one of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to.

Perfect place! Very well decorated and warm. Everything is well thought out and well-equipped. It feels like home. Very good location between the lake and the beach. Perfect for running in the morning. Peaceful and lively neighborhood in the evening with many great restaurants. Nearby metro. Antônio is very responsive, responding quickly and accurately to questions and doing everything to make you feel good in the apartment.

It was easy to find. Access to both the entrance and the apartment was easy and fast. The apartment has a clean bathroom and a good shower. The bed is comfortable and there is a workspace. Anyway, I recommend it and will use it more often for sure!

Ayres.. What a great stay. We have felt very much at home here and comfortable. Everything was clean and Ayres helped us well with everything. He took us to the local bakery and helped us order food when we arrived very late the first night. A lovely man, with a lovely family. we would definitely recommend!

Monica was very hospitable and we were very comfortable since the reception. She is very fine people, she has a good conversation and has given us several stays about locomotion and what to do in the Flamengo region. The house is in a very charming and super safe villa. The place is great. Easy to find, well located between Barra and Recreio and the building has several amenities, such as a swimming pool, spa, sauna and restaurant/bar, as well as a market. The space itself is very clean, large and has a great bed. The owner, Elaine, is always available and left everything great in the reservation.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
