Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Île Saint-Louis

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. Our stay was great in Benjamin's Airbnb. It is very nice and well equipped. The area is very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the big city bustle. The Airbnb was a little further from the center, but you could get to everything very well by metro or bus.

Recent accommodation in perfect condition, close to Paris. Very well-equipped, very peaceful private outdoor space. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Seemless experience,the house was extremely clean and very well furnished in a way were me and my family were comfortable in the home.We liked very much the private parking for our car which was perfect for us.The house was fully equipped and really fulfilled all of our needs.Our host Fatiha was very engaging and helpful and we didn’t find any difficulties in the check in or check out.The perfect place to stay when in France.

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

Incredible stay…everything was . Michel is the best host I’ve had with AirBNB…amazing recommendations and tips…very proactive and communicative. I was rushing up until our arrival and was not great at responding, but Michel was warm and provided very detailed, useful information. Just know…. The stairway up to the unit is no joke; Start training your glutes before arrival😆

Honestly, one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful. Very well put together. Cozy but still feels like you can stay there and make your self comfortable, they leave space in the cupboards for your things. Really lovely.

This apartment is in a fabulous neighbourhood and very well appointed and equipped. Paul was very helpful with late check out and with recommendations for restaurants etc. the place was very clean and spacious, with the upstairs deck/terrace a special treat. Stunning view of Sacre Couer.

Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

The studio apartment is in a wonderful location for those visiting Paris. View of the Eiffel Tower from the bed, balcony was spacious for 2 to be able to enjoy, and lots of food options surrounding the apartment are some key highlights. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Paris!

Francois & Andrea were lovely hosts. My daughter's Sweet 16 trip was perfect and we have memories that will last a lifetime! The apartment was just as the photos showed & my favorite start to each day was having a cup of ice coffee & croissant from downstairs on the balcony in the sunshine!! We truly loved our stay. Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

The neighborhood of the airbnb was far and away the most spectacular choice for our trip to Paris. It is not too far from the main attractions by metro, but it is nestled in a true Parisian neighborhood with bakeries and boutiques on every block. Alain was so kind to let us arrive hours early and take a nap after our long flight in- so rare and generous! We felt very safe and as a bonus the espresso machine was amazing. Would come back again and again!

The host was extremely nice and let us store our bags after the stay. Not a bad location and a grocery store next door.

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We stayed 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom there is a large shower right at the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That is enough for showering, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen as well. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but should be standard. Space would be plentiful. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. The degree in front of the kitchenette was not completely harmless. The unit does not have AC. This is inconvenient to summer time. The view is priceless. Views over the city are fantastic.

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

Florence was an excellent communicator. Every question was answered immediately. The apartment was spacious, bright, with a great balcony for drinks or dinner. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedroom was comfortable. The huge TV was enjoyable. We will return to Florence on our next visit to Paris.
