The apartment is on the first floor with two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a storage room, and two terraces. The vacation home is available all year round for short-term rentals.

In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.
