Very nice house and location!

We stayed a little over a month with our 2 kids and this house/location was PERFECT. The home is even more lovely in person, the location to the lake was amazing (we walked daily), and everyone around was so kind. We don’t speak Polish but it didn’t hinder us at all. Maria was kind to check in periodically to make sure we had what we needed and Michael showed us around the home at arrival. The home was perfect for our family and working from home. 10/10 recommend and I hope we come back!

We spent a family of five days, with two kids. The house is perfect for 4-5 people. It pays attention to well-equipped amenities, including an espresso machine with a grinder. The host provides two bikes (the larger one is quite worn out, but he did it during a few hours of forest adventure), a kayak, and a pontoon. Especially the kayak worked great for us. In the area there are only small colonies of cottages scattered around a clean lake. The larger store is about 10 minutes away. The host was very helpful. Nice stay in a nice place, I recommend.

The place is wonderful. Cozy home, lake shore, peaceful view. It has enough place for 8 people. Also kitchen has everything necessary for a cooking and serving big table. There where dry logs for the fireplace. The surrounding is really nice, I believe during the summer it's even better, since the territory has kayak parking and the lake seems clean for swimming.

We had a great time in Agnieszka's and Keith's house.They are great hosts , easy to communicate with and catering to all your needs. Generally very lovely people. The house is spacious , clean and very well equipped. The area is secluded and quiet, truly magical with a very private access to the lake. There is a feeling of being alone with nature and the amazing landscape. We loved everything about our stay in Gulbity. Dream holidays for anyone that loves nature and wants to really relax and switch off.

We spent New Year's Eve here, and we're so grateful to Katarzyna for welcoming us:) The cottage is very nice, cozy, warm and clean. The cottage is very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Champagne was waiting for us at the entrance:) Great neighborhood, lots of beautiful places to walk. I highly recommend staying with Katarzyna, we will be happy to come back!

A very nice place to relax for a few days, away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. Beautifully decorated cottage with everything you need, new equipment. You can show up in the kitchen how someone likes to cook. Super patio and very nice garden. Next to a beautiful lake - perfect for walking, close to several shops and stations.

Hosts who are helpful, open, and very courteous. We were with a large dog and there were no issues. Gated area, dog friendly. A new, well-maintained, and clean home with a covered patio where you spend most of your time, and air conditioning in all rooms. Hot tub and sauna on the property for an additional fee. There were no issues with the internet. The lake is well-maintained, clean, sandy bottom, gentle descent. Sun loungers, boogie boards are available. Near the forest, marked cycling routes, the possibility of hiking and cycling. Hosts can buy delicious charcuterie, and drinks and snacks are available. A place away from all loud "experiences" is quiet and peaceful, but you can use something for mosquitoes.

The apartment is worth recommending, starting with the first contact with the owner , simple and clear instructions, we took the bikes and received the keys to the cell where they could be left. The apartment is very well equipped, which is not always possible, you can see the attention to the details , so you could have a nice time Thank you and we recommend

The place is just great for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The whole house was all to ourselves. A fully equipped kitchen, a very cozy living room with a fireplace, a nice bathroom and a beautiful bedroom create an absolute feel-good atmosphere. A small meadow leads to the in-house boat dock. Every morning we went to the lake for a swim. If you like, you can also use the private paddle boat. But the best part is the host. Irek is a great and very cheerful person. We will come back.

Wady: - Noise from the road - The water in the lake bloomed and her contact with the skin had unpleasant consequences that passed quickly, I understand that the landlord has no impact on any of the above. Pros: - the house has everything you need, 2 adults, 4 children, a dog and it was great, - backyard - large, spacious and well-maintained - The lake is beautiful, kayak, and the boat are doing a great job - beautiful neighborhood - Mr. Stanisław was great introducing and attending, in addition, he gave us some useful information about the area, I sincerely recommend

We had an incredible stay at Tomasz’s cabin at Lake Zbiczno! Our group of six adults and a baby found the cabin to be very spacious with incredibly comfy beds. The peaceful and quiet surroundings were exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cabin is conveniently located just 3 minutes walk from the lake, where we enjoyed kayaking and biking. The area is a bit hilly, but cycling around the lake took only an hour at an easy pace and was absolutely delightful. One of our favorite features was the Weber grill, which made for some fantastic outdoor meals. The terrace provided shade for most of the afternoons, making it an excellent spot to unwind. Although we had a slight challenge finding the place due to inaccurate GPS directions, we got there easily after asking a local for help. Overall, Tomasz’s cabin exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable retreat by the lake. Thank you, Tomasz, for a wonderful stay!

Amazing place for family leisure, huge benefits are 2 outdoor heated swimming pools, and one for kids, also house have everything you need for comfort rest. Definitely planning to visit this place once again.

Cottage in a stunning neighborhood, quiet, quiet, private access to the lake. Plenty of room to rest. We also had two Sups, which was perfect on hot days. Martyna responded very quickly to every question we had, making our rest perfect <3

If someone wants peace and quiet, this is the place for them. The proximity of the forest and nature helps a lot to choose this place. The house itself is well maintained and nicely decorated. The beautiful garden allows you to fully relax and is a wonderful addition to the whole. I will add that the full fence around the house that is, it helps a lot with visits with four-legged family members so that these can't be distracted throughout the neighborhood. An additional plus is the proximity of larger cities to visit. This place is worth a visit, so I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Great place for a few days trip. The location delights with the beauty and tranquility of the neighborhood. The interior of the house is clean and very well equipped. In addition, the possibility of using a water bike and – not mentioned in the description of the property – the boat provides relaxation and pleasure in communing with the lake. Even on rainy days, a covered ball can save the day:) During the stay, we paid attention to details such as badminton pallets, Jenga board game, foosball table, nice interior, well-maintained facade of the building with decorations, as well as plenty of other details, seemingly irrelevant, but definitely influencing the positive impression. All in all, when going here with a group of friends, we expected less than we found :)
