We are so glad we chose this place for our stay! The cabin is wonderful, everything is new, it is spacious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. After snowboarding in Ruka, arriving every night to enjoy the sauna was fantastic! We also love the location, it was peaceful and quiet, and we were lucky enough to see the Aurora right from the front of the house. Overall, it exceeded our expectations! We would absolutely recommend Kimmo’s place and would love to return in the future! ❄️🌌

The place is beautiful—peacefully surrounded by woods, and the classic wooden Lappi mökki was incredibly cozy and charming. It really gave that authentic, relaxing cabin-in-the-forest vibe we were hoping for. If we had to point out anything, it would be that the bunk beds weren’t the most comfortable for our friend who’s 2 meters tall—but for most people, they’d be just fine. All in all, a lovely spot that we’d happily return to!
