Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

A cozy and very peaceful cottage in Kuusamo. The cottage is located on a narrow peninsula, on the shore of a sandy and clear-watered lake. The beach is also very suitable for children to swim. Good recreational opportunities in the area, skiing, snowshoeing, winter fishing and snowmobiling in winter (transfer route to the official snowmobile route). Good fishing opportunities, located in the Muojärvi-Kuusamojärvi water area, water connection to the center of Kuusamo and the eastern border.

Fabulous downhill ski slopes at Ruka ski resort can be easily reached in 10 min by car. Fully equipped cabin with wood fired sauna, wood fired family hot tub outdoors, and much more! The cabin grounds include a spacious barbecue hut, where you can enjoy cooking on a fire in winter or summer. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are always included with the rental price.

Tinttis apartment (Free WiFi) two-room apartment in the city center

54-square-foot apartment in the heart of the city, 26 km to Ruka. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the house has an elevator. Free parking with heating pole and wifi. The price includes sheets, towels(1 large and 1 small/person), and final cleaning. Nearby bus station and other services such as shops, restaurants, flea markets , medical center. The apartment has a double bed and a extendable sofa bed , upon request, a travel crib for a baby.

Villa Kalliorintene is only about 10km away from Ruka. Renovated in 2019, the villa is located on the shore of Lake Kitkajärvi with a stunning boardwalk on top of a cliff. The closest neighbor is well-located, your privacy is guaranteed. You'll have access to modern baths, an open kitchen, a 55” flat-screen TV, and free wifi. There are sleeping places for 6 people. A bedroom with a double bed and a loft with a double bed and a sofa bed.

Villa Valkeainen, Kuusamo

Welcome to the wilderness peace of a unique log villa on the lakefront. Designed by an architect and built from old logs, this magnificent cottage is located in the middle of silence and forest. The cottage is spacious (150 m2) and has plenty of private land. The cottage is designed for 1-4 people and is the perfect place to relax. The cottage has a beautiful wooden sauna, as well as stairs from the sauna to the lake to your own dock.

Saunalampi Cottage

We rent a traditional cottage from the basket of Kuusamo. Great views of the pond, which counts two separate rivers. Fishing, hunting, and hiking conditions nearby. Also barbecue. Note! Heating works with wood. Water comes from the pond in the cottage. (in winter manually and in summer from the faucet) Electricity works with solar panels and batteries. The price does not include linens or final cleaning. Welcome!
