This beach house is in the middle but still on the side, right on the beach of Pikku-Kukkanen in the magnificent heritage landscape of Nastola's church village. You have an outdoor hot tub. The sandy beach opens to the evening sun, the plot is sunny all day. The house was used for retail trade in 1906-1928 and the village's tanner made the necessary leather accessories for the people of Nastola. Nearby is the Pajulahden Urheiluopisto with its adventure parks and services. The grocery store and bus connection to the city are only 600 m away.

Outdoor terrain right in the backyard and a short distance to the ski slope in winter. In the wooden sauna, you can enjoy the warm steam and the fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. The sauna cabin is also pet-friendly and there is a large fenced area in the yard, so your pet can be safely outdoors.

Good, well-maintained and tidy semi-detached house, 2 bedrooms downstairs (both with 2 beds) and 2 beds upstairs, the stairs to the loft are steep. The apartment has a laundry facility and a drying cabinet. The nearby tennis courts (17,18) are free for guests. Reservations in the field reservation book. No pets.
