This great place is close to everything. The apartment is opposite the City Theater. From the balcony, you can also see Lake Valkeinen and, in summer, a fountain. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Kuntolaakso indoor swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. You can walk to KYS in just over 15 minutes. There is a bus stop right next to the building. You can leave your car on the adjacent street or in the paid parking garage in Kuntolaakso.
