Javier's accommodation is quite convenient if you're traveling with a family group and want to be relatively close to the Coyoacán market. Javier equipped the house with basic supplies such as enough toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, and some ingredients such as salt, sugar, and coffee. The value for money is very good

Such a beautiful place. Woke up with sun beaming through, couldn't ask for more. Great interior with beautiful artwork. Pretty easy access too which is a plus.

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

We loved our stay at Casita Coyoacán. The place is cozy, quiet and very conveniently located. The garden was my favorite spot, perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Edith was super friendly, helped us settle in from the moment we arrived and always responded very quickly. Thank you so much for everything!

Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

The apartment was very nice, it had everything you needed for your stay, and the area where it is located is excellent, close to shopping malls. The attention from the hosts was really good.

Great place. The front bedroom was warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon but fine the rest of the time without AC. Plenty of hot water, fans, comfortable beds and nice amenities like boxes of tissue and laundry detergent. I was asked several times if everything was working properly. The covered deck upstairs was a good place to hang out and the views of the sunset were exceptional. I appreciated having a separate washer and dryer as well.

A very nice place and the area is very quiet. The area was easy to get out of and go anywhere. The service was excellent and the cleanliness impeccable. It would definitely be my first choice to rent when I get back to the city.

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

My partner and I arrived at this accommodation, it is nice to rest, take a bath and go out, the subway is not far, we had to sleep comfortably, quiet area and very nice people.

I honestly can’t say enough about how great this place is. The unit is amazing. The location can’t be beat. Walkable to everything you want to see in Roma Norte. On top of it all the owner is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Also Anton notch staff helping him. 5 stars all around.

Great place to spend a few quiet days close to restaurants, cafes, and cute shops. The apartment is impeccable and comfortable. Perfect for four people. The area is safe and easily accessible. Would happily stay here again!
