A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

Just amazing, the property itself is clean and spacious, with a lovely garden, and pool area. The host is flexible, friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and recommend Jean’s place wholeheartedly.

We had a great time in this villa ideally located near Lake Hossegor. The house is very comfortable, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The contact was simple and pleasant, with great availability. We strongly recommend!

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

Great place! Peace and quiet amidst the greenery. The swimming pool and deckchairs for those who want them. Very wooded. For those who love birds, many discreet species. Very responsive hosts, very good communication and very kind. A really adorable dog will delight young and old if you feel like it! Small well renovated, practical vacation-style house. Close to beaches and the Basque Country. So we really enjoyed it!

Frédéric is a responsive and available host. The house is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very well located in Labenne ocean (beach and shops within walking distance). The stay went very well for my mom who came to visit us.

We really loved this house and the location was excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from a great cliff-top bar/cafe and 10 mins walk to the centre of town. Gwenaelle was also excellent. Really responsive, flexible and helpful.

Step-free accommodation with terrace and large and green garden. We enjoyed it with our Setter Gordon. Beatrice and Michel are very welcoming and available hosts. The accommodation is clean and very well furnished (all the necessities are there) private parking in front of the house outside. It is very well located, close to Hossegor (oyster farming huts) are worth a visit, as well as Seignosse, Capbreton, Soustons, the forest and ponds with very good restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday at Karyn’s house, the house and garden were perfect for us, clean, modern and simple inside the. The air con was welcome for a few days as was the nice terrace for the rest. Great location for cycling to local towns and beaches, which are amazing surf locations. Karyn was the perfect host, extremely welcoming, informative and friendly. We had a few challenges with our car/bikes during our holiday and she was so supportive and caring with this which made it all so much easier for us. Would love to return and would highly recommend!! Thank you so much Karyn!!

We had a very nice weeks stay. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a welcome pack and had a good introduction to the property. The property was well kept, quiet and picturesque and met all of our expectations. Frederic was very hospitable and checked we had all we needed.
