A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

Just amazing, the property itself is clean and spacious, with a lovely garden, and pool area. The host is flexible, friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and recommend Jean’s place wholeheartedly.

Thank you so much for your quick response and help with check-in. Very warm, modern, with a large living room. We and our four children had a great pleasure for Christmas holidays. Completely enjoyed the coziness you created in the house!! We visited all the magical places around the lake where oysters are grown! The Christmas market, the market and the powerful ocean. Everything was so great that we didn't want to leave. Really want to come back again. There is so much more to see!

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Audrey is a great host! We enjoyed the house very much and the calm area. The house is very comfortable! Many cycling paths near the house and the lake is very close.

We spent a week on a business trip at Sandy and Pascal's. We had a great week. Pascal and Sandy are very welcoming. We even spent an evening together for Pascal's birthday. I would definitely recommend their accommodation to other travelers.

It's a different house to the ones we've been but it's very nice and it's a quiet area. The pool is very clean, we had access to the barbecue and the house had everything you need. The owner is very attentive and responds very quickly. We really liked it and it is highly recommended if you are going to spend a few days.

Frédéric is a responsive and available host. The house is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very well located in Labenne ocean (beach and shops within walking distance). The stay went very well for my mom who came to visit us.

Listing as described. Nice house in a quiet and peaceful location. There is everything you need inside and even a lot of bonuses: books, games for children, my son was super happy. Unfortunately, we couldn't test the bikes due to bad weather but several bikes are available. Functional accommodation, superb master suite. We had a fantastic holiday at Karyn’s house, the house and garden were perfect for us, clean, modern and simple inside the. The air con was welcome for a few days as was the nice terrace for the rest. Great location for cycling to local towns and beaches, which are amazing surf locations. Karyn was the perfect host, extremely welcoming, informative and friendly. We had a few challenges with our car/bikes during our holiday and she was so supportive and caring with this which made it all so much easier for us. Would love to return and would highly recommend!! We had a very nice weeks stay. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a welcome pack and had a good introduction to the property. The property was well kept, quiet and picturesque and met all of our expectations. Frederic was very hospitable and checked we had all we needed.

Listing as described, good location and with a beautiful view of Mount Ursuya. Ideally located for hiking. Biarritz is a 40-minute drive away. Well-equipped accommodation, with good bedding, and matches the listing description in every respect. Peaceful environment. We recommend the hike to Mount Ursuya, and that of the Rhune from Ascain, but it is also possible to take beautiful walks from the accommodation. We had the pleasure of visiting the farm across the street. A hello was enough to be invited by the farmers who shared with us their passion for sheep and their profession. We recommend this listing, where nothing is missing and where you will feel at home.
