In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, including one with a double bed, a versatile room that can be used as a living room or bedroom, and a second bathroom. Three satellite TVs. Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), you will not be able to access our garage during the restricted hours. Period residence in the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

The Colored House

"La Casa Colorata" is a structure from another time. Immersed in the typical countryside of the area where the hills, carpeted with fields of wheat, sunflowers and vineyards, envelop the eye without parsimony. You can experience authentic contact with nature, whose scents and sounds will accompany you at any time of day. The farmhouse is surrounded by various types of trees: mulberry trees, rose gardens, fruit trees and the historic passion for flowers of all kinds.

The house is a small apartment converted from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, cozy and intimate. It is located on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn with a view of the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric hobs and a microwave. A refuge where you can experience regenerating moments in a disruptive nature and discover a rich territory

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.
