If you're lucky, there may be a moose outside the window. You live in between Ludvika and Borlänge. In winter, it is close to Romme Alpin and ski tracks in Gyllbergen's leisure area. In the summer, nature with lakes and the forest is very close.

You come to a cozy property, close to ski slopes, exercise tracks, trading area and adventure swimming. The property is scenic in the countryside and here you can enjoy peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The home is newly renovated with a fully-equipped kitchen and shower. Popular fishing lake with several places where you can put in a boat. Child-friendly area with play park and shallow sandy beaches. The cottage is located about 100 meters from the water with a lake view.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home next to the lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area there are nice nature trails and swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with a full mattress topper and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible that two people can sleep there.

I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Welcome to a newly built house on your own lake plot with magical views! In summertime you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty as well as borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-burning barrel. In the fall you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake you can skate and go for lovely walks. I spent a weekend in the cottage with my two children for a soccer cup in the area, we also had time for a visit to Leksand summerland. The cottage was inviting, everything was clean and nice, freshly picked flowers on the table and beds made when we arrived. Well-equipped kitchen. Fantastic location right by the water and the veranda under the roof that faced the lake was a favorite. We felt welcome and the host Maria was easy to communicate with. We are very pleased and can warmly recommend the accommodation, we will gladly return!

The key safe was a bit difficult to open, but after a few tries it was possible to get hold of the key. The kitchen is maybe in the smallest team for groups of up to 15 people, but otherwise there is plenty of space and everything we needed for our overnight stay! Thank you!
