The Red Barn at Lake Rivendell

JeremyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I can't say enough about our stay at Rivendale. This was, without a doubt, our favorite AirB&B stay, and Rivendale is clearly in the top 1%. Dave & Linda have put so much care into creating a beautiful, remodeled barn that's full of charm and comfort. We traveled with our four kids (ages 10-18), and they ALL had an absolute blast (which is hard to do!) The property offers a ton of fun activities, including a pond with a zip line, paddle boats, fishing, a golf cart to explore the spacious, wooded grounds and even TVs. We also enjoyed beach fires with marshmallow roasting, all in the privacy of the well-maintained lot. In the morning were treated to fresh eggs from the henhouse, delicious bacon, and warm English muffins – such a thoughtful touch! Dave & Linda are amazing hosts who genuinely care about making your stay special. Whether you’re a family, couple, or anyone looking for a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path escape, Rivendale is the perfect spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Bed, Barn, Breakfast Log Home 50 acres rural Idaho

TomRating, 5 stars8 months ago
David and Ken provide a spectacular space in White Bird. The house is charming and comfortable, and the views are beautiful. They are proactive hosts and try to provide direction on things to do in the area, which I really appreciated. The house truly has everything you could need, and I spent equal amounts of time hanging out and cooking inside, taking in the views from the deck, and exploring the area. A lot of reviews talk about the benefits of hosting a group in this space, but I'd also flag that it makes a great solo spot. Overall, a fantastic stay that significantly elevated by visit to Idaho.

Unique in-town artist's house

GayleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Loved this place! The charm of a granary converted into a home gives you a rustic feeling with modern conveniences. The house is full of character - filled with eclectic art, glass works and books that gives it a homey feeling. A pellet stove serves as the main heat source, proving a cozy ambiance. To top it off, you also have: high speed Internet, Netflix, a beautiful walk-in shower, and a well designed, fully stocked kitchen. The hosts were friendly, accommodating and do an excellent job maintaining the place. Location is also a plus, small town with many local restaurants within walking distance and less than an hour drive to Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. Very happy with the stay and would stay again!

McCown Estate B&B Woodshed

BenaiahRating, 5 stars8 months ago
This is our second time staying at Carol's place, and he had again we had an amazing time there. She left snacks and drinks for us, lots of clean towels, and the home is so peaceful and inviting... feels nostalgic. Like coming home. Everything was perfect, and she even let us have some of her eggs from her chickens, and was very responsive anytime we had questions. We love this location. It's so beautiful too, and historic. Carol is the sweetest!!

Creekside Cottage on mini farm

MarcRating, 5 stars7 months ago
My wife and I had a great time celebrating her birthday here. The views were beautiful and serine, the inside of the cottage was cozy and intentional, and the host was very kind. We also felt the guide our host put together had great suggestions for food and activities, as well as, interesting information about the wildlife surrounding the property. I’d recommend showering when the sun is completely out since the wind makes the outdoor shower pretty chilly, but the amenities otherwise were great and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The Little Red Barn in Lava! Scenic & Farm Vibes!

LisaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Charming "little red barn" in a beautiful area on the owner's property yet totally private. It is within a short drive to Lava Hot Springs and very close to the Lava Golf Course. We enjoyed the drive getting there through the town and farm/ranch properties as it is a lovely area. Although the "barn" does not have a full kitchen, there was a cold mini fridge; single-cup Keurig coffee maker; paper plates, cups and bowls; and plastic utensils. K-pods, some snacks and bottled water were also provided. There was only one large towel and a hand towel provided for the detached bathroom. The owner provided good and welcoming instructions for getting in and checking out.

Lakeside Barn Suite in lovely country setting

ScottRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Spending a few days at Dave and Linda's lakeside barn studio was great. It was a pleasure to meet Dave and Linda and James was tremendously helpful. The lake and amenities were beautiful as was the entire property. The studio itself was cozy, well appointed, and well situated just steps from the water and sandy beach. Very relaxing. Thanks!

The best place we’ve stayed. Everything new, modern, and professionally done. Private, peaceful, and very comfortable. Furniture was great to relax in after days of skiing. Shower was hot with great pressure and linens were plush and soft. Kitchen had all the amenities you needed. Definitely a place you want to book!!

The Bearadise Barn of Driggs, ID

TerriRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great time at Bearadise Barn! The views were spectacular and it was nice to wake up to the Mountain View from every window. There were a herd of Elk that would roam a field close by that we could watch with Binoculars. We saw Moose from Bates Road (main road from Driggs to house). I would definitely go back! The house was well stocked and we didn’t really need for anything. We live outside of Chicago so the remote feeling and peacefulness is what we wanted. Driggs is 10 minutes straight down Bates road. Easy to drive to Targhee Ski Resort and there is Teton Adventures in Driggs for a Snowmobile tour. I had read that Jackson was close to an hour away so I was prepared for that. The Teton Pass can be snowy so need to rent minimally an AWD vehicle in the winter months. I did not mind the drive to Jackson, just planned our day accordingly. It was obvious that this house is special to the Hosts because it was a home and not just a rental, highly recommend!!
