Quiet neighborhood! Great space:)

I loved the place and the area, it was so calm and nice to stay there.

첫날은 식탁 밑에 부드러운 양탄자 머리카락 청소를 청소 롤테이프로 잘 했습니다. 덕분에 깨끗한 장소가 되었습니다 다락방이 있어 좋아요. 가까운 곳에 공원과 슈퍼마켓이 있어 좋았어요 유치원 중고학생 학원 도미노피자가게 편의점등이 있네요. 처음에 택시 타고 숙소에 방문해서, 몇일 동안 택시가 왔던 길로 다녀 힘들어요 ㅎ 출국 전날 공원 길을 알게 되어 기뻐요. 지도를 벽에 붙어 있으면 빨리 숙지 할것 같아요. 아니면, 주차장에 현 위치도 관광 명소 그려 있으면 좋을텐데요. 좀 아쉽네요. 동영상도 많이 도움 되었습니다 고맙습니다. 정수기 잘 이용 했습니다. 조그만한 택시는 아이가 있는 가족은 짐이 많아서 이용 하기 힘들어요. 큰택시가 있어요. 큰택시을 이용 했습니다. 잘 선택 해야 합니다. 9인승 또는 12인승 택시는 없는것 같아요. 뒤 좌석 접으면 짐을 많이 실을 수 있어요. 보편 적으로 잘 이용 했습니다. 다음에 또 방문 하고, 싶네요. 사장님 고맙습니다. 다음에 한국에 오시면 숙소 추천 해 드릴께요. 감사합니다.

The location is great. It’s said closed to rather busy JR Kamata station, which is true though, also it’s on the edge of residential area, so quiet at night and peaceful. Check-in and Check-out was smooth as it can be managed through tablet. It has kitchen and all necessary utensils but I needed one more sponge to clean up the sink, to have separated dishwashing sponge. You can buy those in 100 yen shop, though. I throughly enjoy surrounding eating places. Kamata is famous for Gyoza and Tonkatsu, but also a lot of ethnic restaurants. And it’s really easy to go out into the central part of Tokyo, so you can enjoy the life in Tokyo.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

It's a nice apartment extremely close to the train station. Quite spacious, especially for two people. I enjoyed my stay a lot. The owner is very responsive and was very quick to help resolve any issues that came up! I would definitely stay again.

This apartment is well located and Ikebukuro is a great base. We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious by Japanese and the balcony and rooftop a special bonus. Note the two single beds as we would have preferred an option.

Nice place , still new fresh and clean, everything I needed was there, comfortable bed, powerful A/C, great location 5 minute walk to Sky Tree and Train stations with connections to anywhere in Tokyo, Responsive hosts very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

loved our stay here and enjoyed how it was easy to walk to from the station! We also enjoyed how there were shops and restaurants nearby as well~ will definitely stay here again when we come to tokyo ☺️

We loved our stay! The space was so clean and the view was beautiful. It was easy to access nearby subways to go all over the city. Our host was great and we would stay again!

I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I have the chance. Harumi was very responsive and met me in person for check-in. She has taken care of everything and the place was very nice and clean and the view of the river is amazing!

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

Amazing Location and Great Local Eats! Masanari’s place is in a fantastic location—just a very short walk to Aoto Station, making it super convenient for getting around Tokyo. What really made the stay special was the neighborhood itself—there are so many authentic Japanese restaurants nearby, from ramen shops to cozy izakayas. It felt like a true local experience. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for anyone who wants easy access to the train and great food right around the corner!

Leider kamen wir durch die Kaltluft im Flieger stark erkältet in Tokio an. Unsere Zeit dort war jedoch wunderschön und Sylvia's Apartment klein aber fein. In 2 Gehminuten ist man an der Station und viele Attraktionen sind in 30min von dort aus erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile, ein schönes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche und ein 7/11 ist gleich ums Eck. Gegenüber ist ein tolles Ramen Restaurant. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Aufzug und ist durch einen Türcode gesichert. Sylvia war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat uns viele Infos mitgegeben. Wir sind mit 2 Kleinkindern dort gewesen und haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Für einen Städtetrip eignet sich Sylvia's Apartment wirklich perfekt und ist klein aber fein. Von daher gibt es von uns eine absolute Empfehlung dieser Unterkunft 💕

Yumi’s place was wonderful and helped make our trip amazing. She had detailed instructions on how to use everything in the home, nearby places to visit, and answered all our questions along the way. Definitely would recommend anyone to book with Yumi!

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Eric is a nice host and he provided a comfortable room. I highly recommend his airbnb because of the supplies that are available in the hotel and the peaceful streets.

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!
