The apartment is located on the 25th floor and has a privileged view of Acapulco Bay. The condominium has 3 elevators that allow a very comfortable arrival to the apartment. The apartment has new hurricane-proof doors and windows. In addition to having direct access to the beach, the condominium has an exclusive use area on it. There's a large pool on a terrace overlooking the ocean. For our guests, there is a free sun lounger and umbrella service in the pool.

Although the condominium is being remodeled due to Hurricane Otis, everything is functional.
