Detinha was a very affectionate and welcoming lady, she made us feel comfortable and at home, the house is familiar and has delightful details, impeccable cleanliness and items for use available. I will return more often without a doubt.

Total privacy in a space with a spectacular view, super clean and organized; the bed and bath linens are new and of great quality. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary utensils. Amenities and some treats surprised me positively upon arrival.

Great accommodation, quiet and with everything we need. We traveled to see the Pedro Leopoldo Rodeo and the place was ideal, close to the Parque da Música and without traffic to get to and from. Julia is attentive and made sure nothing was missing. I recommend it to everyone for weekends or even longer stays.

Impeccable house, cozy and very well equipped, perfect for resting comfortably and peacefully. The heated pool with sauna and the gourmet area with a grill are great differentials. Host Breno was extremely helpful from the first contact, always available and attentive. We highly recommend it!

Our stay at the site was simply wonderful! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos – very well maintained, clean and with an incredible energy of peace and tranquility. Ideal for resting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is super cozy, well-equipped, has several bathrooms and is comfortable. We had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to streaming TV. The outdoor area is a spectacle in itself – lots of greenery, birds singing, a volleyball court, a soccer field and a swimming pool that made all the difference. The host was very attentive and helpful, welcomed us warmly and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. The only point to improve is to put a shower stall in the bathrooms and make a squeegee available in each of them. I recommend with my eyes closed.

We had a great first part of our stay. Rafael is always available and caring. The apartment is impeccable, the cleaning perfectly done. The private pool is a real asset. I recommend it 100%! Muito obrigada 💚🇧🇷

Everything was great. I have nothing to complain about! I was in contact with the owners the whole time, the house was clean and impeccable. The kitchen had everything, wonderful pool and hydro... great accommodation!

The stay was great. Well equipped kitchen, all very clean. Great number of bathrooms, mattresses in good condition, new refrigerator. From the barbecue area you can see who is in the pool and in the playground (it's great for those with children). The only thing that could be a little better is the pressure of the showers (but that's just a detail).

Absolutely beautiful place with the best view! The location offers easy access to great restaurants and scenic running tracks. The building is secure and safe, with controlled access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our host, Lorena was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book it again!

Great stay, no setbacks, everything as advertised. Chácara is a delight. It is well worth it. And Camila's tip about a person to cook for the family couldn't have been better. Tati is a full-fledged cook, creative in the kitchen and always surprising us with incredible flavors.

Excellent apartment, everything is of high quality and very well maintained. Not to mention the quality of the bed and bath linens, they are excellent materials, shampoo and soap. Fully functional apartment, contains everything you need for a short to long stay.

What a wonderful place! What a comfortable, nice, WELCOMING home!!! Photos cheat, as it's even better in person! Rsrsrs… All clean, smelling, in great taste. We do not miss any utensil, in the house there is EVERYTHING! André the housekeeper serves us promptly as to all we need, a super helpful and polite guy. The excellent pool, with chairs and table available on the edge of it. The tbm house has tables and chairs, which makes guests comfortable and without the need for rent. And the rooms? All airy, large and available bathrooms, which gives us comfort and privacy of excellence. Do you know your pillows and bed linens? Leave them at home, there's EVERYTHING, and great quality, clean and smelling. I could leave more details, but I'll make you curious to learn more about this finding! We spent a very quiet and peaceful weekend at the accommodation. The house is a gem and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The nature that surrounds the house is certainly a differential. We were apprehensive about the comments about the entrance to the house, but I have a low car and we had no problems. The detail of the record player with records is an extra charm. We'll be back, for sure.
