Wonderful stay! The Caetano house is beautiful, sophisticated, the pool is an air-conditioned delight, everything working perfectly! We miss absolutely nothing! Breno from the first very kind contact, assisting in everything! We were greeted by Breno and his parents who are amazing people! My family and I love every detail, left a taste of wanting more! My family and I loved it. Quiet location, preserved nature, we loved the chickens and turkeys loose in the yard, it gave it a grandma's backyard feel. Many birds come to visit the site, such as the black-throated canary, masked water tyrant, toucan, blue-and-yellow macaw and thrush, and I could also hear the song of the fire-eye nearby. The house, the rooms, yard, swimming pool were clean and organized, the house was super functional, with utensils and appliances. Lots of beds and bathrooms, a playground for children, there was a persimmon tree loaded with fruit, we ate some ripe persimmons, delicious!

Our stay at the site was simply wonderful! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos – very well maintained, clean and with an incredible energy of peace and tranquility. Ideal for resting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is super cozy, well-equipped, has several bathrooms and is comfortable. We had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to streaming TV. The outdoor area is a spectacle in itself – lots of greenery, birds singing, a volleyball court, a soccer field and a swimming pool that made all the difference. The host was very attentive and helpful, welcomed us warmly and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. The only point to improve is to put a shower stall in the bathrooms and make a squeegee available in each of them. I recommend with my eyes closed.

We had a great first part of our stay. Rafael is always available and caring. The apartment is impeccable, the cleaning perfectly done. The private pool is a real asset. I recommend it 100%! Muito obrigada 💚🇧🇷

The stay was great. Well equipped kitchen, all very clean. Great number of bathrooms, mattresses in good condition, new refrigerator. From the barbecue area you can see who is in the pool and in the playground (it's great for those with children). The only thing that could be a little better is the pressure of the showers (but that's just a detail).

Everything was great. I have nothing to complain about! I was in contact with the owners the whole time, the house was clean and impeccable. The kitchen had everything, wonderful pool and hydro... great accommodation!

Mariana and Maison's house is impeccable, wonderful! Not to mention the cordiality of the two as hosts. My wife and I were very happy and impressed with everything. A thousand stars!

Our stay at the chalet was great, we were looking for quality time and tranquility and we found it here. The cottage is very nicely decorated, equipped and comfortable, the view is perfect. Patrícia was very solicitous.

We spent the weekend at Maria Luisa's accommodation and it was spectacular. The house was super organized and clean, as well as being wonderful. The swimming pool is excellent, sunshine all day and the water temperature is ideal. The barbecue area is also great and quite complete. The host was super attentive and helpful.

I stayed at Ricardo's place with a colleague during a work trip. The apartment was not only clean, organized, safe and very well equipped, but Ricardo helped us with everything we needed. For those who need quick access to UFMG and the surroundings, it is an excellent accommodation option.

Great stay, no setbacks, everything as advertised. Chácara is a delight. It is well worth it. And Camila's tip about a person to cook for the family couldn't have been better. Tati is a full-fledged cook, creative in the kitchen and always surprising us with incredible flavors.
