It was a pleasure to stay in this Airbnb, the quiet place, beautiful lake views, all very well taken care of. Vinicio was very friendly at all times. We definitely recommend it !!!

Very nice place! The room was very clean (they gave us an extra portable heater because it was cold at night) and the lunch was very rich. The only recommendation would be to clean the hot tub water.

The place is beautiful just as seen in the photos, the incredible staff is very friendly and always attentive to every detail. It's a little far away and the location the app is not accurate but on the road everyone knows the place

Our stay in this cabin located in the heart of a crater was simply exceptional. The privacy is unparalleled, surrounded by nature and mountains, it is a quiet environment that invites relaxation. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. A highlight was the rest room they have, ideal for groups or families looking for a space to reflect and even work. The area is equipped with games, and even a sauna. For our experience it turned out to be the perfect place for our work sessions. There were also more activities such as horseback riding and trekking. Would we go back? Of course, this place is for those looking for a unique getaway with a partner or family, combining nature, privacy and functionality.

Great location, charming and helpful staff, beautiful garden, good food, welcoming dining/lounge area with a fireplace, games and books. There was also plenty of hot water (not a certainty in Ecuador) and towels. Staff arranged a taxi for me to Quito airport ($50) for an easy transfer. They also directed me to the public health department for a pre-travel Covid test.

Everything is very good. Perfect place to disconnect.

My family and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the service we received. This place is only a few blocks from the market and many restaurants. We will totally stay here again in future trips!

The staff at the place are very friendly and the experience of staying with them goes beyond just going to sleep. A good place to rest and relax.

After some communication problems through Airbnb the stay was amazing. The place is old, but well taken care of. Anything that was lacking was made up tenfold by the amazing host and service we received after getting there. If that wasn't enough the views and peacefulness of the place were even more amazing! This truly is an amazing sanctuary.

Nice place to spend time as a family. For the services it has, it was not necessary to go to another place.

The cabins and the view are every bit as beautiful as the pictures! Sebastián kindly extended the breakfast time for us, so we were able to enjoy a good breakfast after our swim in the lake.

Francisco was very responsive, flexible and helpful in his communication before I arrived at his property. The house is a beautiful space, within walking distance to everything in the centre of Otavalo, including the amazing artesian market. It is also very quiet for working and relaxing after exploring. I feel like I was greeted by family. Francisco and his family and friends are so friendly and welcoming. They offered for me to join in sharing food, adventures and festivities. Meeting people who love their home and want to share it with you, is such a joy when travelling. I know this won’t be my last visit. Thank you Francisco!
