The house is large, very modern and very clean. It is newly built. The neighborhood is quiet in the surrounding streets but lively around the train station , where there are lots of little restaurants and shops. Taking the train can be very crowded and a bit tricky to figure out the first time if you are a foreigner, (even with google maps) because the big stations are huge and it can be difficult to find the line you want. It took us around 1 hour each time to travel from the house to the main attractions in Tokyo. One thing to note is that in Tokyo and surrounding suburbs, people do not seem to cook at home often. The kitchen here is not well equipped, so I do not recommend trying to cook a meal here, certainly not for multiple people. It’s best to eat out. We usually picked up croissants for breakfast at the bakery at the train station and for dinner, there are plenty of ramen places around the station and also, there is a Red Lobster restaurant 5 mins walk away.

The location is very near the train station with direct access from and to Narita Airport. There's a convenience store right in front of the place and there were also a lot of restaurants and grocery store nearby. Checking-in was a breeze, Asuka made sure to provide easy to understand instructions before and during the check-in. Place is clean and quiet. I was able to also do my daily runs in the community without encountering any problems.

The room was spacious and as clean as the photos.It was also nice that the rules for renting were easy to understand and summarized.It's a little annoying that the heating doesn't work very well. There is also a nice hot spring nearby, but you may want to be careful when driving at night as the road is dark.
