Place was convenient and near a station. There were two 24hr convenience store nearby as well. Kitchen was well equipped to be able to do your own cooking as well

近くにコンビニ等がなかったのが少し大変でしたがそれ以外の面では洗濯機と乾燥機があったり、バーベキューの火おこしで使用する着火剤も常備してあったりととても便利だなと思う点も多々ありました。

large home which sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Excellent location close to a main train station (JR and metro). So many restaurants, convienient stores, supermarkets all within walking distance. Our children struggle with Japanese cuisine so we found a French patisserie (PAUL) next to the station where we had breakfast daily. There are also a few pasta restaurants around for dinner. The washing machine and balcony to hang out clothes and dry. It was perfect for us travelling with 3 children. I highly recommend. Great value for money. I would stay again

Very kind host who was always happy to help and responded quickly! The book with local recommendations was very helpful. We loved the Airbnb and especially how kid-friendly it was for our 1 year old. We appreciated the amenities like the high chair and baby monitor. The host was so sweet to leave snacks for our son as well! Thank you for hosting us!

일반적인 가정집들과 섞여있고 조금만 걸어도 대학 근처라 식당과 마트가 있어서 좋았습니다! 다만 일본의 특성상 보일러 난방이 아닌 히터 난방인점을 고려해 추운 기간에는 숙소이용이 어려울 것 같습니다

4인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓은 공간이었으며, 주방과 욕실 등에 필요한 물건들이 잘 정리되어 있어서 아무런 불편없이 생활할 수 있었습니다. 밤에는 따뜻하고 포근한 잠자리와 조용한 주변환경 덕분에 잘 잘 수 있었구요. 호스트님이 매우 친절하고 세심하게 대응해주신 것도 너무 감사했습니다. 기회가 되면 다시 뵙고 싶습니다. 건강하십시오~~

I loved my stay here !!! Akabane is so cute and lively and the home was a 12 minute walk away from the station which was great :) The host was also super kind, responsive, and extremely helpful if we needed anything before and during our stay. Overall 10/10! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood to stay in while visiting Japan

Masaki goes above and beyond making sure you have a great stay. The house is super clean, comfortable, has everything you need and a little extra. She is in constant communication providing local events and things to do that will add value to your trip. Beds are very cozy. We enjoyed our walk from the house to the train station, and from there its easy to get anywhere. Daiso and a supermarket it's just 5 minutes away from the house, a bakery vending machine just 4 minutes away, or you can shop along the way walking from the station. Highly recommended. Thank you Masaki for taking such good care of us! :)

とても清潔な家で、必要な設備は全て揃っていました。ドリップコーヒーとコーヒーマシーンまで揃っており、言うことなしです。 周りには日本らしい牧歌的な風景が広がり、とてもリラックスした環境の中で滞在を楽しむ事が出来ました。 設備内の案内には丁寧な英語表記があるので、海外からの旅行者にもお薦めです。

総合的にとてもよかったです！SNS以上の楽しさと感動でした。お値段が高いのと予約が取りづらいのを解消できれば（他サービスを利用できるように。例えばポイント制など）、もっと良いなと思います。 ホストの方も親切丁寧で返事も早く、施設内もほぼ綺麗でした。仕方ないのかもしれないけど、家具や壁など年季が入ってて、視点変えれば「今までのお客様も楽しんだんだな」と思いました。 また、遊びに行きたいです！

The place was spotless and very well maintained. The location was convenient, with an easy commute to various spots by train. Overall, a great stay would definitely book again!

The house was very lovely! Extremely reliable internet, the area is also very peaceful with a beautiful river you can walk against a couple minutes from the house. LOADS of food spots in the area too. It was perfect!

We stayed at Rhuji's place for over a week. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The washer was great to have as we packed light. The area is very safe & was great to see what the normal day in the life of a local neighborhood looks like. I didn't see any other tourists in the area until the 2nd to last day. The check-in was easy and Ryuji was great at emailing you all instructions. We didn't need to figure anything out. We even received a note with the good Cherry blossom locations! There's posted instructions on all the remotes in English. That was greatly appreciated. The trains run constantly into Tokyo in the area so we barely waited for one to arrive. Getting around from the Airbnb was super easy. There's also a grocery store and a 711 within a block. There's lots of local restaurants too. The location is very well located. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb. We had a great experience!

This is my first time staying at Nikki's guesthouse and I found it to my liking bcos 7eleven & mart is within a short walking distance but what I like most is the JR line is near and as such it is easy to get around Tokyo.I would definitely be staying here if I am visiting Tokyo in the future.

Nice authentic Japanese home in a quieter part of Tokyo, a few nice bars and restaurants around. There are not many English speakers in Ōji so you should learn some Japanese phrases to help you

it's a brand new apartment in tokyo. A 20 mins drive from Shibuya crossing, coin parking close by, and public transport easily accessible. very clean and new building.

Great place to stay, close to gallery road and Kasama Craft Hills!

We absolutely loved the place as it was super private, had a cosy and comfortable environment. The host was extremely sweet, polite, responsive and cooperative as she helped us to get our luggages from the nearest train station and we were so grateful to her and her husband. The house has a homely vibe and it's a perfect escape from the city lights and tall buildings. Would definitely recommend this place for people who are looking to run away from the busy streets and just enjoy the silent life in this countryside part. :)
