Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ibaraki

Shu and Zen went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, safe and happy! They were friendly, communicative and helpful - even meeting us at the accommodation at 8pm to help us check in and show us the place. The place was clean and comfortable with clear instructions and labels. The location is extremely convenient, with convenience stores and a train station within a few minutes walking distance. The hosts checked on us to see if we needed anything topped up, and even wished me happy birthday and left me a gift! This place is highly recommended.

Nice authentic Japanese home in a quieter part of Tokyo, a few nice bars and restaurants around. There are not many English speakers in Ōji so you should learn some Japanese phrases to help you

Our group of 6 stayed here comfortably for almost 2 weeks. It was conveniently close and within a short walking distance to many necessary food, grocery and drugstore shops, as well as public transportation. This made our stay here very easy. The house itself was immaculate and catered to us all really well :)

Amazing place worked perfect for our group

This house was nice for our family of 5, with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. The train station was very close, with easy access to Tokyo and Narita airport. The neighborhood was quiet and easily walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. The host provided recommendations and menus for nearby restaurants, and personal amenities like bottled water and toothbrushes. They even met us the first day to make sure we were able to find the house and get inside (this was helpful to us because we mistakenly took a slight detour). Overall, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place!

写真から想像した通りの日がたくさん入る明るいお部屋で、きちんと整頓清掃されていて必要なものがほとんど揃っていて助かりました。一時帰国の利用で自炊でしたが、油や基本的な調味料もそろえてあったのでいちいち買い揃える必要もなく調理できました。オーナーのえみこさんのお宅の2階のお部屋ですが、玄関が独立しているので出入りを気にすることもなく、完全にプライベートを保てるお部屋でした。最寄りの駅からも徒歩約7分でしたがとても分かりやすい閑静な場所で、成田空港からも、また買い物に便利な柏駅へのアクセスも良く便利なロケーションです。到着便の都合で午前中のチェックイン希望も快諾下さり、メッセージの返答も敏速で助かりました。ドリップコーヒーもたくさん備えつけて下さってあったので、コーヒー飲みにはとてもうれしいサービスでした。とても快適に過ごせましたので、また次回も利用させていただきたいと思ってます。

The place was spacious and had everything we needed. It was fully equipped with all the essentials — really complete for an Airbnb. Great stay!

The house was a lovely base for our stay in Tokyo. We spent 5 days there and felt right at home. It is small, so if you’re after a lot of space this won’t be right for you; the shower and bathroom are a bit of a squeeze (but ok as only for a few days). We used the upstairs for bedrooms and kept the downstairs as living space only. There was enough in the kitchen that we could have a few meals in. It is a bit further out- we always had to add 30-60 minutes to our journey depending on where we were and what train ticket we had purchased, but it’s only 10 minutes from the station and it never felt like a long way out of town. It’s a very peaceful neighbourhood though and in cherry blossom season (which we were in) looks beautiful. Recommend as a good space for families or those not wanting to stay in the bustling city.

A peaceful location with the feel of Tokyo as it had been for many years. Beautiful walking path with small stores and local merchants. Quiet neighborhood for a good nights sleep after a busy day on trains and touring the city. Would highly recommend - many nice amenities such as arrival snacks and beverages and umbrellas to borrow if the weather changes. Would definitely stay in future.

Very responsive host, he answered all my quiries swiftly. He was very helpful all the times when I need help. Thanks alot to make me feel like at home when I travelled in Tokyo. Highly recommended.

The house was very clean. the location was very quiet. The train stations were a few minutes away making trips to different areas of Tokyo a little easier. A few restaurants are close by. There was a laundry mat and 711 close by. We will consider renting again if we ever are going to Tokyo again. Host was very responsive.

The house is located in the peaceful neighborhood. It is pretty close to OKU JR station, which is one station away from Ueno and two station away from Tokyo Station. Very easy to travel around. The house is clean and newly renovated.

너무 좋은 숙소였습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗해요👍 넓은 욕실이 있고 수압이 강해서 좋았고 5명에게 충분하며 두껍고 푹신한 침구류가 있어서 편하게 지냈어요. 이 외에도 공기청정기, 세탁기 등 유용한 것들이 있어서 좋았습니다. 문제가 있을때 호스트님이 빠른 답장을 주셨고 친절하십니다. 다음에 다시 도쿄로 온다면 또 예약하고 싶어요😁

自然豊かなロケーションで景色がとても素晴らしかったです。ベランダにはハンモックがあり自然を楽しみながらりらっくすことができました。室内には暖房器具が充実しており非常に過ごしやすかったです。

楽しいリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました
