Mr. Mohinder provide us with the best living experience in Nikko. It’s not far from the Shimo-Imaichi station and with the great weather, it was great to go for a walk! The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed, from shampoo to plates! Mr. Mohinder is also a great communicator and replies fast, which allowed for a smooth booking. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again! Thank you Mr. Mohinder!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le logement est bien situé, à moins de dix minutes à pied de la gare du Tsukuba Express. Le logement était propre, bien équippé et suffisamment grand pour trois personnes indépendantes. Je recommande !

Honestly, it was a great place. Matsudo is beautiful, there are many places to eat and explore, feels like a homey neighborhood, and lotd of conveniences, like Plare and the grocery store.

写真から想像した通りの日がたくさん入る明るいお部屋で、きちんと整頓清掃されていて必要なものがほとんど揃っていて助かりました。一時帰国の利用で自炊でしたが、油や基本的な調味料もそろえてあったのでいちいち買い揃える必要もなく調理できました。オーナーのえみこさんのお宅の2階のお部屋ですが、玄関が独立しているので出入りを気にすることもなく、完全にプライベートを保てるお部屋でした。最寄りの駅からも徒歩約7分でしたがとても分かりやすい閑静な場所で、成田空港からも、また買い物に便利な柏駅へのアクセスも良く便利なロケーションです。到着便の都合で午前中のチェックイン希望も快諾下さり、メッセージの返答も敏速で助かりました。ドリップコーヒーもたくさん備えつけて下さってあったので、コーヒー飲みにはとてもうれしいサービスでした。とても快適に過ごせましたので、また次回も利用させていただきたいと思ってます。

We stayed at this 3-story home in Ikebukuro for a week while on vacation, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect—just a 17-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, making it easy to get to Akihabara, Ueno, Tokyo Station, Ginza, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Plus, we were only 5 minutes away from a Don Quijote, 7-Eleven, and Family Mart, which made it super convenient to grab breakfast, late-night snacks, or run last-minute errands. It’s so difficult to find enough space for a small group in Tokyo, but this house had plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. The spacious layout, plus two toilets, made it even better. JoJo, the host, was amazing—she made us feel so welcome and was such an understanding and great host. She was great at checking in with us to make sure we didn’t have any problems or questions. She also arranged a van big enough for our group and all our luggage to Narita Airport at the end of our stay. Zhang, our driver, was terrific. Highly recommended!

Satoshi is a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating to all my questions. The entire process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was smooth and hassle-free. The property itself is cozy, sweet, and feels just like home. Satoshi thoughtfully provided everything we needed, including towels, bottled water, tea, and more. My daughter especially loved the lovely scent of the soaps and shampoos! The elevator was a great convenience, and the heater was a lifesaver during the colder moments. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Nishikawaguchi Station and close to several convenience stores. We also appreciated the nearby halal restaurants, which made things easier for us. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back again!

Niiyama's place is great and the people is always to happy to assist on any concern. Thumbs up to Muneho and his co driver who even if they have a hard time speaking in English they were able to communicate well. Also to Rose and Malou who are both Filipinas. They were all so kind and helpful. We would love to stay in your place in our next visit to Tokyo. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

although the place is not big but is enought for a families with 4 person like us and is value for money. shop are few min from driving distance.

I stayed here for two months. I liked that the ocean was a mile and a half away, I walked there almost everyday. It's very quiet and far from people if that's what you're looking for, which I was.

A beautiful place to stay, spacious and with everything you need. Tomoko-san was very kind and picked me up from the station. The surrounding area is ideal for walking or cycling around the city. I would definitely stay here again.

exellent service, the room is comfortable. i got a free transfer from the airport and drop off at the nearest train station, the driver was so kind to help us.

great place for short-term accommodation in Tokyo! Quiet cozy neighborhood, you can get to the city center in a fairly short time. The apartment has everything we needed and Kyoko was very easy and prompt to communicate with. Would recommend!!!

The flat is well equipped with everything you need to stay in Tokyo for few days. It's very close to the train station which allows you to connect with Tokyo center easily. But you can also reach it by foot with a 30 minutes walk if you feel like it. We had a very pleasant stay!

the apartment for the 3rd floor was decent, a little small for 4 people, but it was nice for the price. the only problem we had was the host took about 3 hours to respond when we had the fire alarm go off, if there was an actual fire everything would've been long gone. there was also screaming and yelling that could be heard even with the windows closed at night. the area is nice with lots of parks around and lots of places to walk too. you definitely find some of the best spots by just walking around without using Google maps. there's also a decent amount of foreign friendly locals, definitely makes the area feel more welcoming.

Very good close to the station stores around although you can sleep six if you all have luggage it might be squeeze but other than that very good

Kids loved this place. They had so much fun enjoying a multi storied suburban Japanese home. It was cold, rainy and felt like -ve temp because of winds. But thanks to adjustable heating options, warm water and functional kitchen, our group of 8 people which involved 5,3,70,60 aged family members were happy !! Definitely worth the value. Easily walkable to train station, convenience stores and Uniqlo store incase of urgency. Food can be easily delivered at home for a charge using apps such as Wolt. Our host was responsive, one time there was no warm water and they helped us resolve it. Only hiccup, they opened house once in our absence using spare key to drop linens for next renters even though we specified we will do early checkout. All in all a great experience.

As Western tourists the space was quite small for 5 people but given it was Tokyo I don’t think you can expect much more. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had enough equipment to cook if required. There are restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk and two 7 Elevens very close bye. The train station is a ten minute walk which we enjoyed doing. The wifi worked fine as well. Our only issue was the smell coming from the bathroom.
