Fantastic villa with plenty of space and full of amenities in the kitchen & bathrooms. Moschoula and her family live next door so were quickly on hand to help with anything at all. The villa is walking distance from the beach & a 10 minute drive to busy Faliraki, 25 minutes to the airport, 5 from Afandou town where there is a great supermarket & 30 from Old Town etc. It is a beautiful villa that is well cared for. Worth every penny!

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Da wir spät angereist sind wurden im Vorfeld sogar einige Grundnahrungsmittel besorgt für den ersten Abend. Wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Where to start with the wonderful Tsmabika View Villa?! A little slice of perfection, nestled away in the hillsides of Rhodes. This is truly one of the best AirBnB's we have stayed in over the last ten years. The five-star review rating of the property is well-deserved. A great location half way down the island, with easy access by car (~20-25 mins) to both Lindos and Rhodes town. The villa itself is down a small private road, and is one of three houses set well away from the main road (no road noise) perched on the side of a hill. As a result, the views were incredible - especially from the upstairs bedroom balconies. The villa itself was superbly appointed, spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack was awesome. The beds were very comfortable, and AC worked well when needed. The pool was gorgeous. Close to several very good tavernas, with Panorama Tsampikas walkable. Simply put, the whole experience here was wonderful. We certainly hope to come back again!

Amazing place to stay! The host is so welcoming and provides a huge list of suggestions on places to go and where to eat! The villa is even better than the pictures and is spotless! Definitely rent a car, it’s about 10mins in the car to the old town so it’s in a perfect location. Highly Recommend 5 ⭐️

Maria was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The house was great and as described. There were a few doors that needed repairing meaning we couldn’t use the largest terrace on the roof and the A/C was broken in a few rooms. The pool was fantastic and a good size. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery and utensils. Overall a great experience.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Leontios zu Gast. Es ist ein herrliches Haus in einzigartiger Lage direkt am Meer. Einfach grossartig. Der Empfang von Leontios Vater war wieder sehr herzlich und er hat uns kurz alles gezeigt - wir kannten es ja bereits. Die Familie hat während des Winters einiges neu gemacht (neuer Grillplatz) usw. Jetzt ist es noch perfekter als vorher. Der Grill ist direkt bei der Terrasse und wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Alles ist makellos sauber und hochwertig. Während des Aufenthalts wurde uns sogar die Zwischenreinigung angeboten! Einfach sensationell. Die Lage wenige Meter vom Zentrum des Dörfchens entfernt ist ebenfalls perfekt. Man kann zu Fuss kurz bummeln, einkaufen und im Restaurant einkehren. Wenige Meter entfernt hat es unterschiedliche Restaurants. Alles war einfach perfekt - wir können es uns nicht besser vorstellen! Die Lage war für uns absolut genial wir haben jeweils ein Auto gemietet und erkunden die Insel. Danke an Leontios und Familie!

Very good host, Aleka was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. House was immaculate and lots of toys for the kids. She very kindly left us a basket of essentials for when we arrived.

Thank you for a most wonderful stay at habitat inn. This villa is on a very high standard in every area, it feels like a 5star hotel with your own space and privacy. It is modern, immaculate and has beautiful decor- it's definitely even nicer in real than on the photos! The outside grounds are stunning and well maintained with beautiful sea views. It is peaceful and quiet and the perfect place for a quality holiday. The hosts are wonderful and friendly people that take great pride in maintaining their property and providing the best experience for their guests and were also very helpful with guiding us to the best places to visit in Rhodes.

Fabulous place for 6 of us - loads of room. Right in the heart of old town - location couldn’t be better. Ioannis and his team really looked after us - special mention to Ilias who organised our transfers, and responded with an assuring calmness even when we rearranged at the very last minute when we thought we might miss our flight (our mistake). Unser Aufenthalt in der Rhodos Paradise Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt. Bis Rhodos Stadt sind es nicht mal 15 Minuten. Sollte man Lust zu feiern haben, ist Faliraki in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt sieht die Villa aus wie auf den Bildern - persönliches Highlight für mich: der Pool. Dieser befindet sich im wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten. Da kann man direkt abschalten. Außerdem gibt es dort genügend Liegen für alle, sodass niemand darauf verzichten muss. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und war bei der Ankunft blitzsauber. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls direkt auf dem Grundstück. Michail als Gastgeber war immer Hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Er gab uns gute Restaurantempfehlungen und Tipps, was man sonst unternehmen sollte, wenn man in Rodos ist. Auch hier Highlight: Michael hat uns Grillgut besorgt damit wir gemeinsam grillen können. Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday. Location is great, a short walk into town or to the beach, or to the dock to catch a boat to Rhodes Town

Wow... what a holiday experience! Villa Diaz was just stunning... beautiful inside and out, and exceptionally fitted out with everything we could possibly need (for both adults and children). Right from initial contact with Kostas regarding availability of the villa, he was an absolute dream host. So responsive, super friendly, and just lovely to speak with. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. He was there when we needed him, shared recommendations for places to visit, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. Amazing!

Marylin's place was amazing, and the little town was one of our best finds in Rhodes. Amazing people, amazing food, beautiful little streets where to get "lost." We traveled with four adults and a 5-year-old, and it was fantastic for all of us. Marylin was an outstanding host and extremely helpful and responsive over text. We were there 5 days but you could definitely stay longer in Rhodes.

we had a wonderful week at Zafeiras place. House is well equipped, you can find everything you need - iron, dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, AC, towels and ect. We liked literally everything but make sure you come with a car! Thank you Zafeira, for amazing holidays :)

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. Veľmi pekná vila s dobrou polohou od letiska aj kúsok od hlavného mesta Rodos na ostrove. Ubytovanie bolo veľmi čisté a okolie veľmi kľudné. Dá sa prejsť do 10 minút ku kamienkovej pláži. Boli sme ôsmi ľudia, pohodlne sme sa vyspali po 2 v každej izbe. Na pozemku je príjemný bazén aj pingpongový stôl. Priamo nad pozemkom lietajú stále lietadlá, keďže letisko je vzdialené do 3 km, zvykli sme si po dvoch dňoch. Hostitelia nám poradili 3 dňový itinerár na miesta, ktoré treba navštíviť na Rodose, taktiež nám pomohli s požičaním auta, ktoré nám dorazilo rovno na dom. Odporúčam, nemali sme žiaden problém a komunikácia s hostiteľmi bola bezproblémová.

This villa is perfect for a relaxing stay in Rhodes. It has been finished so well and has everything you need to make it a home away from home. There is a great selection of restaurants nearby, it’s very close to Lindos, and you can easily access the other side of the island to see some magnificent sunsets. Would highly recommend.

We were a group of 13 and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool is altough not too big, was enough to enjoy. Athina's villa had everything we needed. You definitely need a car to get to the place. The location is a good starting spot to explore the island, as you are not too far away from most of the beaches. Athina herself is very kind and responsive. Overall we had a wonderful and unforgettable stay.

Meeting Katerina was a pleasure, me and my family spent a weekend at her amazing villa. She contacted me already before our arrival to get informations about our timing, to better connect and organize. The house is gorgeous, very well equipped and clean. We asked for her support regarding a couple of things and she has been ready to help us for the entire staying. Katerina is indeed a real host, kind and always available. We felt as well truly welcomed. I am looking forward to come back to Kremasti!

Το κατάλυμα ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Από την πρώτη στιγμή, οι σαφείς και λεπτομερείς οδηγίες για το check-in έκαναν την άφιξή μας απροβλημάτιστη, ενώ ο οικοδεσπότης μας ο Γιάννης ήταν διαθέσιμος 24/7 για οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν, προσφέροντας άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση. Όσο για το ίδιο το κατάλυμα, ήταν ακόμα πιο εντυπωσιακό από κοντά. Η φυσική ομορφιά του περιβάλλοντος χώρου, σε συνδυασμό με τα σκαλιστά αφρικανικά έπιπλα, δημιούργησαν μια μοναδική ατμόσφαιρα που μας μάγεψε. Το μέρος ήταν η απόλυτη πηγή ηρεμίας και γαλήνης, ιδανικό για να χαλαρώσουμε και να απολαύσουμε τις διακοπές μας με την παρέα μου. Σίγουρα θα το προτείναμε και θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά!
