Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ialysos

The location is very beautiful and clean, the supermarket is just around the corner. The host is very kind and helpful, he had prepared things for us for when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay in Theologos at this charming house. The place is tastefully decorated, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The balcony is such an amazing spot to relax with a beautiful view on the mountains. Mary and Kostas are exceptional hosts – incredibly kind, welcoming, and super helpful. They truly made us feel at home, even greeting us with local snacks and delicious local olive oil. The house is ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from a supermarket and right behind an authentic Greek taverna serving great grilled meats and traditional dishes. We followed Kostas’ tip and visited Embonas — a charming mountain village with wineries, beautiful viewpoints and nice local shops - I also recommand to spend an afternoon here :) If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic stay on the less touristy side of Rhodes, while still being able to explore the whole island easily (preferably by car) this is the perfect place! We couldn’t recommend it more☺

Manos was a friendly man, with a nice stay. We were able to have a good time. Everything was available that was described. Finally, a very good stay and host.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this place! The apartment was not only exactly as described in the photos, but even exceeded our expectations. It was sparkling clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything on foot or by public transport. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and helpful host: Communication was always quick and straightforward. He gave us great insider tips for restaurants and sights that made our stay even more special. We felt at home here and would come back any time.

We had an amazing stay in the Villa Sofia! The communication was super easy, the house is a true jewel in the old town. We loved to stay on the roof top terrace. The Frappee station and the old family recipes are an absolute highlight! Thank you for amazing week!

Michael is a very friendly gentleman. Always answered fast. Flexible and polite. Afantou is a beautyful small town with supernice people. The center squere is 2 minutes walk from the little house. Georgeous church, great traditional restaurants. 5-10 minutes drive to the wide beach. If You wanna feel like a Greek, go to Michael's place! ;)

Staying with Kostas and his parents was exceptional! Hosts have always been helpful, if we had any questions, they were always there to help. They warmly welcomed us into their home. The house is amazing! You can feel the real Greece, you can see that the hosts take care of it, it was very clean. In addition, the house is well-equipped, you will find absolutely everything you need! It is in a great location, not only the food in the area is delicious, it is in a good location, where you can get to most places quite quickly. It was a wonderful time until we were sorry to leave the place. We are enchanted by the Greeks' approach to people, to the life and tranquility that has reigned every step of the way. If we go to Rhodes, I can't imagine choosing a different place to stay than Kostas! Thank you so much for everything 🧡

our stay at the Dragon of Rodos was incredible! One must walk a little way from the walls of Old Town to the accommodations, but not too bad at all. Marietta will let you know which "gate" to be dropped off at for the best experience. The communal kitchen was a breeze to use and had everything we needed. A special thanks to Sir Kyriakos for giving us recommendations around Town! We will stay here again on our next trip to Rhodes!

Kostas proactively contacted us before we arrived and welcomed us with a self-check-in video on arrival. He had organized water, a few beers and some fruit for us in the fridge. We were "very" grateful to him for this as we arrived late. He had also organized different types of coffee for us. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. You immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is really good, as you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, as well as to the old town. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coiffeur salon (lui e lei / ladies) and Danis Hair Salon (men). There is also a nail salon for manicures and pedicures (nails & shine, approx. 8 min). There is also a coffee shop and an Adidas store. Really great! Just perfect! We love Kostas & Greece :) Ps. Marta&Rocco’s place has the best location. The house itself has a unique island vibe. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. After all the crowdness of the strees of Rhodes old town Aria di Rodi is a hidden gem that offers you tranquility. Marta&Rocco were always friendly and informative and so helpful couldn’t expect more from a host. Just wish we could have spent more time on the beautiful terrace.

Stamatia and Scott are wonderful, thoughtful and kind! If I could give them more stars I would! The place is very spacious, comfortable, beautiful and everything you need is at your fingertips! They allowed us a late check out and it was possible… they wanted to help us out! Of course we asked in advance! Highly recommended! Thank you so much!!

Such a charming little hotel!! The unit we were in was different than the listing because they allowed us to check-in early, but we were certainly not disappointed!! The units have so much character and are walkable to so much in Old Town

Everything was perfect, there is only 1 shower and 1 toilet, but you have to choose the 1.5 bathroom option because you can't choose this according to the airbnb criteria. Due to the date we went, the trees were pruning period due to the date we went, and the begomvils on the patio were priced. There was no problem with the host. Thank you for everything.

Communication with Katerina was swift and very friendly. Spacious, well equipped apartment on the second floor, great layout and a very large balcony with views over the rooftops of Koskinou. Very quiet, day and night. WiFi works great, BBC World on the tv, cats visit. Some great tavernas are meters way, if in a weekend : make reservations.

We visited Rhodes in February. Although many things were closed we loved the Old Town. Enough shops and restaurants open but just leaving the medieval walls there is a full assortment of places to eat and shop. Within the walls we felt like we were sharing with just the friendly cats. Day trip to Lindos was a highlight. The Airbnb space was spacious for three. We enjoyed the hot tub and views. Stairs are tricky but authentic. Do not hesitate to experience living inside the walls. Host helped with transportation and was there to greet us and bid farewell. Lovely people in Rhodes.

I can honestly say that this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The property is even better in person and was a dream to stay in. 7 of us went for a girls holiday and we now share some core memories in this villa. The rooms were gorgeous, all with Balconies. The main bathroom was huge and the other bathrooms were very good size. The kitchen, dining and living area was big too and great for dinner and a few drinks. The kitchen was well equipped too! The outside space was the main wow factor. The pool area was fantastic as well as the gazebo! There is also a shop right next door with pretty much everything you need! The beach is literally a minutes walk with a beautiful restaurant called Casa de Sol. I will most definitely be returning to this villa in the near future and can’t wait to have another holiday here ♥️ Claudia and Rodoula were brilliant also. Organised transfers for us to and from the airport, and very helpful throughout the stay. 10/10 ☀️

We had a wonderful time in Rhodes and in the villa of Mark and Lynn. The villa lacks nothing. The kitchen is equipped with everything and there is plenty of space inside and out. The pool and green areas were regularly maintained. Even the initial supply of food and beverages was provided by the landlords.

We had a lovely stay in Oct 2024 with our two adult sons 17 + 23. The pool was a little cold as it was late in the season, but we were able to swim in the sea every day. We had great weather. The villa is secluded and private, very clean and within an easy walk of numerous restaurants and bars, also the beach. We were spoilt for choice. The hosts we lovely and helpful We got a tax from the nearby taxi rank into Rhodes old town for 18Euro which is well worth a visit. We hope to return next year!

Great villa with everything you need. Close to local supermarkets and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and polite and always ready to help if needed anything. We notified them that we had a baby with use and we were supplied with a cot and highchair for our stay. Thank you for a great stay would 100% book again when visiting Rhodes.

Great place in a great location! Easy to access, very quick ride from the airport. Loved the pool and unique architecture. Perfect for our quick 4 day getaway.
