숙소는 소나무 숲으로 둘러싸여 바다와 산과 시골 풍경을 즐기며 힐링 할 수 있고 마을로부터 적당히 떨어져 있어서 조용합니다. 숙소에서 남양양 IC까지 2 Km, 100m 거리에 있는 동해안 7번 국도와 해안 도로 해파랑길을 따라 강원도 3대 미항인 남애항과 서핑 메카인 인구 죽도 그리고 숙소에서 제일 가까운 원포리 해변은 150m 거리 가까이에 있습니다. 숙소 주변에서 관광지로 이동이 용이 하여 차로 5-10분 거리에 주문진항, 25분 거리에 강릉, 30분 거리에 양양, 40분 거리에 속초가 있습니다. 또한 가까이 다양한 해양 레포츠를 즐길 수 있는 서핑삽과 스킨 스큐버삽이 있습니다. 저희 숙소는 게스트의 개인 프라버시에 방해가 되지 않도록 머무는 동안에 호스트가 거주하지 안습니다.

바다를 좋아해서 시간날때마다 동해, 남해 자주 여행을 하는데 애견동반 가능한 숙소로는 만족도 최상이네요. 숙소에서 바라보는 뷰도 좋고 위치가 너무 좋아서 아바이마을과 중앙시장 몇번을 도보로 다녀왔어요. 웬만해서는 다시 오자고 안하는 까칠한 아내가 속초올거면 앞으로 숙소는 이곳으로 하자고 하네요. 정말 없는게 없이 꼼꼼하게 모든 물품이 준비되어 있어서 불편함 없이 잘 지냈네요. 2박3일동안 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

속초 해변 도보 10초! 숙소에서 속초아이도 보이고, 무엇보다 일출이 바로 보여서 너무 좋아요! 다른 여행지에서 급 구한 숙소였는데 오징어난전에 가보라고 추천해주셔서 덕분에 잘 다녀왔습니다~ 주차자리도 넉넉하고 근처에 편의점 카페도 많아서 편리하고 숙소 청결도 좋았어요! 냉장/냉동고도 크고 전자레인지 전기주전자 모두 있어서 좋았어요! TV도 크고 쇼파도 넓어서 맘에 들어요 식탁테이블도 유용하게 잘썼어요! 다음에 속초가면 또 이용할거에요!!

신년을맞아 세부부가 동반으로 여행을 가기로하고 숙소룰고르며 고심을 많이했어요 사진과 틀린곳도 많고해서요 하지만 보리콩이네는 사진과 같아요 집이 너무 깨끗하고 문을 열었는데 너무 따뜻했어요 식기류 양념들도 하나 부족함없이 다채워져있었고 부족하지읺게 준비해놓으신 침구류는 진짜 최고였어요 퇴실힐때뵌 주인분도 너무 친절하셨답니다 다들 나오면서 숙소 너무 좋았다고 엄지척하고 나왔어요 또 뵙길 기대합니다

Nice and cozy place, it was about a 10-15mins walk from the bus terminal! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only downside is that during showers, the temperature may fluctuate here and there (warm cold warm cold) so I had to keep adjusting. Thankfully the floor was heated.

4인가족이 머무르기에 아주 좋은 숙소였습니다. 걸어서 인구해변이나 죽도해변으로 갈 수도 있고, 근처에 서핑샵이나 식당도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있었습니다. 처음 찾아갈 때 에어비앤비 예약은 양양블루12라고 되어있는데, 건물에는 서프리조트 JD라고 써있고, 로비에는 양양인더시티 라고 써있어서 혼란스러웠는데, 빠르게 응대해주셔서 잘 찾아갈 수 있었습니다. (서프리조트 JD 건물이에요)

기사문해변200미터 근처라좋고 주차도 바로 근처넉넉하고 바로옆에 편의점이있어 이것또한좋았습니다. 단체로갔는데 방들도 생각보다 많고 이불이 뽀송하고 냄새가 안나서좋았습니다. 9명이서 넉넉히 편하게잤습니다. 수건이 아주넉넉했습니다. 마당에서 고기 편하게 구워먹었습니다. 잘놀다갑니다. 단체숙소 추천해요

현관문을 열고 들어서는 순간 무지무지 깔끔한 숙소에 놀라고 커텐을 여는 순간 멋진 뷰에 또한번 놀랐습니다 4인 가족 머무르기에 부족함이 없었고 수건, 화장지 등도 넉넉하게 준비되어있고 머무르면서 필요한 것들이 모두 있었어요 3박 머무르는 동안 매일 블편함이 없는지도 살펴주셨어요 강릉 중심지에서는 살짝 벗어나있는 위치였지만 덜 복잡하여 여유로워서 더 좋았고 숙소 바로 앞 영진해변도 예뻤어요 덕분에 완벽한 강릉 여행이었습니다

저렴한 가격에 이용했는데 이가격에 오션뷰에 너무 깨끗하고 잘 갖춰져있어서 2박3일동안 불편함없이 너무 잘 쉬었어요 또 이용하고 싶어요~^^
