Great location and beautiful building. The apartment was awesome.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Susan's accommodation is charming and brand new, with a quiet courtyard. It is a 15-minute walk from a station that allows you to reach central London in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend it!

Loved staying at this place on Abbey Road — it’s full of British charm and character. The vibe is classic and cozy, making it a really special spot for a London trip. The hosts were amazing! Super responsive and had a positive vibes! Made the whole trip seamless. I would 100 % recommend this to anyone who loves a nice relaxing getaway to London.

Convenient location near Paddington station, lovely apartment and as described. My only complaint would be that the sofa is extremely uncomfortable other than that we had a nice stay.

We loved this place! The apartment is beautifully decorated, great location, very clean and quiet. The covered patio, however, is truly the gem of this place. Even if it is cold outside, you can use this space and feel like you are “outdoors” but not too cold. The outside patio is also very big and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. Simon is a very kind and responsive host. Overall one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed at in London.

Absolutely lovely house, lots of space and nice little garden. Host was brilliant. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

This location, even though located near a busy thoroughfare, was very quiet; public transportation was easily accessible so you could get out and about for the day, no matter which direction you were going in; so many restaurants within walking distance and a couple of grocery stores for items to bring back to the house if needed; beds were very comfortable and it was nice for everyone not to have to share a bathroom; there are plenty of windows to let in natural light which makes the space feel open and inviting; Artur was quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns and we were able to check in an hour early on the day of arrival, which was so helpful as we had traveled a long distance and was thankful to shed our luggage so we could go explore; Would definitely recommend and stay again should we find ourselves back in London. I stayed here for two weeks and honestly didn’t want to leave. The house is so beautifully decorated every corner feels intentional, personal, and full of character — even better than the already beautiful pictures. It somehow always smelled fresh and lovely too. Pretty clear that someone poured love into this space. The neighbourhood is just as special. Peaceful and safe, with charming little parks around every corner and plenty to explore when you feel like wandering. And of course, Izzy & James were super kind and helpful all throughout. They made the whole stay feel easy and warm, kinda like visiting the home of friends who really know how to host. 10/10. Truly unforgettable. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

This was a last minute reservation when unexpected issues arose during our trip. We were excited to find that such a wonderful place was available for a last minute booking. Would be delighted to book here well in advance in the future. The location, just steps away from the Barons Court Underground station was incredibly convenient. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property itself is a gem. There is plenty of space, with lots of character and places for folks to relax alone or to gather together. Everything was in outstanding shape and the kitchen was well stocked. Although we didn't cook much on this trip, I would have no problem using this kitchen to make almost anything. The decor is fun and lively and the furniture and beds were well maintained and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. This is definitely a place that I would want to come back to for another stay!

James place was so nice. Me and my partner stayed for a long weekend and it’s very relaxing. The finishes are modern with a classic feel to the house. James is very communicative and would love to stay again

Fiona was an absolutely incredible host. From the sourdough bread to all the fruits, eggs, butter. She left no stone unturned. The place is gorgeous and would highly recommend. The balcony is super cute!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Was my first time traveling solo and this was the perfect spot for my first time. Flat was a pleasant 10 minute walk from the closet tube station. The flat was clean and had beautiful plants to look at. Sharon was attentive and gave fast responses when needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Super stay at Amadeus’! Quaint garden flat in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with great water pressure! No complaints, we’d certainly come back.

Easy walkup, very peaceful and secure, Max was communicative before, during and after our visit. Lovely place.

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.

This is a great place to stay in London. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central London and is close to great shops, restaurants and tube stations. Elena allowed early check in and was very responsive. I recommend this flat to anyone who wants to stay in London.

Jam was a very good and responsive host, he received our booking last minute and accommodated our extension request. The accommodation was as described and very clean and spacious.
