There is a private neighborhood boat ramp available right out front and the home does have a backup generator, large front and back porches, large living area with plenty of seating and a large laundry room great for storing any extras!

You'll have your own bikes to get around, your own dinghy to come and go from your floating abode, and me anchored right nearby to teach you the skills of life on a sailboat. I was a Superhost with this boat years ago, and I've brought her back by popular demand, all rebuilt and more epic than ever! Give it a try, I think you'll fall in love!

Whether you’re traveling to hunt, fish, or simply escape from daily life, make ‘The Boathouse’ your next home away from home. The Boathouse is recently renovated and well equipped. It offers on-site access to the Pungo River and Intracoastal Waterway. Sip your morning coffee on the deck or patio, then utilize the private boat ramp and head out on the water. Following your outdoor adventure, gather around the fire pit for s’mores and relish a beautiful sunset.

Our garage suite is two rooms with a beach & surfing theme. We have a detached garage and the suite is in back, separate from the house with its own entrance. There's a queen bed, tiki bar, and kitchenette. You'll be secluded with lots of cedars & bamboo around a private deck. Our place is in the heart of Ocracoke with restaurants & shops within walking or biking distance. The Ocracoke Lighthouse & Springers Point Nature Preserve are a 5-8 minute walk.
