From Dýjaból there is less than 10 minutes to Sauðárkrókur, where you can find swimming pool, supermarket, wine store, bakery and restuarants. From Sauðárkrókur you can take a boat to Drangey, the home of the puffins. There is a one hours drive to Akureyri. A cosy place in peaceful surroundings.

The cottage is located on a farm, Kalastadir, only 55 km from Reykjavik. It can house up to 6 people. It´s close to the sea and you can see the seals play along the shore. There is a free WIFI and on the veranda is a private hot tub where you can soak while enjoying the view. It´s close to Glymur, the tallest waterfall in Iceland and the shore where the seals are. Since there is no light polution here as in towns and Reykjavík, it´s a good place to watch the Northern Lights.

A private cozy guesthouse on a farm in Skagafjordur, North west Iceland. The perfect getaway for a nature loving couple or friends. The cabin has everything you need to relax. We built the house in 2022. One bedroom with big double bed and another with small double bed , fully equipped kitchen facilities (stove, oven, pots, plates, utensils and coffee maker) with a fridge and a private bathroom with a shower. Gullfoss, Geysir, Thingvellir and Snæfells glacier are all within 1-2 hours’ drive.
